    Weight training because it increases your metabolic rate too and help in building muscles Mass , and it help us keeping on calories burn mode for prolong time, and aerobic cardio also help us but for a time when u do it ...

    Sir I really likes all your video. Sir thodi help chahiye thi, gyming karte samay mere neck ki nas chad gai thi. Bilkul kaan piche se gardan tak swelling hai. Near about 4 months ho gaye hai but koi relief nahi hau or bhot pain ho raha h. Sir please koi upay share karo. Please Please

    sir i have watched your series of varivose vein but there was no sufficient answer that varicose vein once started growing can really be prevented by lifestyle changes?....with100% surity plzzz make a vedio . i m an athlete but still have a vericose vein in between my calf and hamstring area( behind the knee)...

    Whole red wheat grains, spanich, superior lentils and beans with minimum animals protein either cheese yogurt milk all meat etc. I work 2 hours daily. 1 hour cardio in morning. 1 or 1n half hour pure body building taking 120 to 160 gm protein from animal 25 % and 70 to 75 % from whole grain and vegetables. My weight 113 kg height 6 feet. Biceps 19. 37 year. No supplements except vitamin e and Zinc. Need pro vision for long term run

      It depend on your overall lifestyle........if you mean burning 2000 calories just by jogging.....that's nearly impossible

      If you are doing exercise and gaining weight but ur cloths are loose then most probably you are gaining muscle which is a good sign.
      Other reason can be water weight or more exercise. Don't forget to take rest because body needs to rest too to recover. If you will stress ur body over and over again then body can go into stress mode.

      First correct the basics
      Live a Healthy Lifestyle
      Eat a healthy diet. Choosing healthful meal and snack options can help you avoid heart disease and its complications. Be sure to eat plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables.
      Eating foods low in saturated fat and cholesterol and high in fiber can help prevent high blood cholesterol. Limiting salt or sodium in your diet can also lower your blood pressure.
      Maintain a healthy weight. Being overweight or obese can increase your risk for heart disease. To determine whether your weight is in a healthy range, doctors often calculate a number called the body mass index (BMI).
      Exercise regularly. Physical activity can help you maintain a healthy weight and lower cholesterol and blood pressure.
      Don't smoke. Cigarette smoking greatly increases your risk for heart disease. So, if you don't smoke, don't start. If you do smoke, quitting will lower your risk for heart disease. Your doctor can suggest ways to help you quit.

      No... It won't be any extra help...You need energy after weight training and ideally u should drink a fresh glass of juice for quick recovery....
      However, taking a light but nutricious dinner on workout day can prove useful for weight loss..

      Trust me. There is no connection between weight training and your height unless you are lifting weights in a right manner. So always ask about the right form of any particular exercise to the gym trainer or watch it on youtube (in case you don't habe any trainer). So go and hit the gym.

    Hi sir, some fitness youtubers say that in weight training body keeps burning calories even after finishing workout for few hours while in cardio it burns only till we workout, is it a true statement?
