    So good! 26 weeks pregnant and I’ve been following your calendar for about a month! I feel like I’ve improved so much in my ability to do your cardio workouts but that Pilates portion 🥵 what a challenge! I loved every minute of this workout! Thank you!

    Well, I did take my breaks & the time I needed but I completed the workout and I feel amazing!

    I’ve been doing your workouts for a few months and I’ve loved them! They have been perfect for my pregnancy, but I think this one is a huge favorite of mine! I loved the combo! This one will definitely be on rotation! Would love more of these cardio/sculpting workouts!!

    exactly 40 weeks pregnant today and felt a big rush of energy and figured why not do a cardio workout. I feel so strong and not exhausted at all after this workout! Thank you for all your workouts for every stage of pregnancy and energy levels one might be at

    Amazing one again! Love how my body feels both energized and challenged at the same time with Jessica's workouts. I am 36 weeks pregnant pregnant with our 4-th child. Turning 40 this month and getting to meet our newborn soon feels amazing!!

    I have been doing your workouts since I was 5 weeks pregnant and I feel so good after 30-40 mins of exercise. They are helping me with my back pain and nausea. This one is my favorite. Great combo. Thank you so much for sharing such great workouts :)

    39 + 6 (baby due date is tomorrow!) and this one still has a few songs that got me dancing haha! Thanks for getting me through my (almost done) pregnancy! I'll be back for some postpartum videos soon! You're the best! :)

    I've been doing your exercises since I was in my 3rd month of pregnancy. I'm in my 22 weeks and I'm so happy that I can finish your workout without pause anymore unlike when I was just starting. Thank you so much , it really helps to energize our body

    I loved this one! I’m 33 weeks and still working out 3-5 days a week. This was a great mix of cardio and Pilates. I’m definitely adding this one to my pregnancy workout playlist!

    Another great workout! Love the combos. Thank you for making these videos. They are extremely helpful to me. I am 23 weeks pregnant and love to stay in shape but I needed to stop running and doing intense workouts as it doesnt feel right for me at this time. These are perfect. This is my 3rd pregnancy and I am 44. I feel a little more nervous this time bc of my age but I know I am in good shape so it helps to have this extra confidence and I plan to use your workouts until baby is here. Thank you so much!!

    I love your workouts and music selection, especially the last song you play during the cooldown stretch. 36weeks with the second child, with full time job, and barely have quiet time alone with my hubby. The song brings me tears :) thank you!

    Thank you so much for posting these workouts regularly! I've been doing your workouts for several months now (I'm now in week 34) and they've helped me through aches & pains and also helped me strengthen and tone :)
    One question I have is is there an alternative to stretch out the side at 18:40? I find it difficult to do this stretch with a big belly in my 3rd trimester 😅

    So excited to do this workout after lunch. Ive been doing your walking workouts since ive been diagnosed with GD at 26 weeks. Jess they have helped my sugars stay in check.     I love these workouts so much; they are by far the most balanced-challenging but enjoyable-prenatal workouts that I've found! Question: If one feels able, is it safe to modify some of the moves to make them more challenging? For example, doing real jumping jacks, running in place instead of walking, etc. Mainly, is it safe to add more jumping/higher impact if the lower impact exercises are losing their intensity? Is it safe with minor prolapse and vulvar varicosities? Or should one just stick with the low impact or pilates instead of adding impact with these conditions?

      Great question! There are lots of moms who continue to run or do “jumping jacks” during pregnancy. You want to make sure you aren’t getting any symptoms (leaking, pain etc) Your doctor or a Physio would be the best person to ask… especially for prolapse

    Love this! It is a great pregnancy cardio. You can adjust the moves to fit where you are at, while still getting in a great workout!!
    I needed to slowly build up the time of cardio because I had not been doing as much since hitting the 2nd trimester. That just meant going a little longer each time and recognizing that doing something was better than nothing ❤️

    Every day workout ,now 38+4days pregnancy. Last two weeks baby head down, but Last week check up ,Dr said my baby naughty baby head turn up ......i was worried ,cos I wandering natural birth.
    How to get my baby head turn down again ?

      It is normal to have 2 fingers or less. Bit also consider the depth and how much tension you feel. Also how it looks and if you are functional (no leaks, back pain etc)

      I can't feel the depth or tension may be because i have belly fat. But no leakage just middle back pain and vaginal farts when i get up in the morning.
