As a doctor of physical therapy I not only enjoyed every aspect of this workout, but I recommend it to everyone!! So professional and very well made!!! Love it!!
I'm almost 38 weeks now and when I found your videos around 20 weeks, I switched pretty much exclusively to your workouts, because they just felt the best and safest. Like others say- the perfect balance! Thank you so so much for what you do, Jessica, it's amazing for us. I'll be telling every future pregnant person I know about you, so they can find your videos sooner than I did!
I am 30 weeks pregnant now and still enjoy working out with you.I have the feeling that moving my body even though Imbiss getting more and more exhausting is important for my health and my goal is to stay with. Thanks for your wonderful work.Much appreciated ❤Much love and many blessings to you
28 weeks, and I have been working out with you for over 3 months now :) I am feeling more confident after each workout and looking forward to it the next day! Thank you!
I’ve tried others and I keep coming back to your channel because it feels like the perfect level of challenge and safety and you can take it up a notch or down… I so appreciate you!
I have been working out 4-5 days a week with you since the seventh week of my pregnancy 😊 I'm at the end of the 30th week now and only have the neck pain that I already had before pregnancy. I feel really good and think that's thanks to your videos❤ I had SI joint pain in my 20th week when I skipped your exercises two days in a row, but that has completely gone away 😊 cannot recommend your workouts enough.
Thank you! This is one of my favorite, not only because it engages full body, but music is not to pop and easy to listen in a background :)) Thank you!
I’ve been doing your workouts every day since my morning sickness stopped at 16 weeks. I’m 30 weeks now and this is the most fit I have been in my whole life!! Thank you so much!
I've been doing your workouts since my morning sickness went away at around 17 weeks. I'm almost 31 weeks now and I have loved every single workout of yours that I've done. They feel safe yet the perfect amount of challenging. You're doing such a good job, and I really appreciate it. Looking forward to the postpartum workouts too! Thanks Jessica!
I am 29weeks pregnant and I am almost doing your exercises everyday. I love you so much your exercises are wonderful for me. Tomorrow’s video is here💕🥰
I’m 29 weeks right now and this work out is amazing! I’ve been solely using your workout videos for my works outs for the past few weeks and they are so awesome! Thank you so much for making this content! I will continue to use your workouts throughout my pregnancy and during postpartum!
Thank you so much for these videos, I'm 26 weeks pregnant and have been doing them the last three weeks. Love the variety of videos, they give me a positive strong start to the day (& I love that you always have a smile on your face). Emma (UK)
36 weeks going on and felt good after doing it. It's getting tougher everyday passing by but i still feel great after doing all ur workout. Thanx. Love from 🇮🇳
Your videos have been amazing, I am 35 weeks pregnant and I do one of your routines every single day. When do you recommend that people stop doing Kegal exercises and focus on relaxing the pelvic floor instead?
Really enjoyed this workout! Relaxed pace but intense at the right spots. Thanks so much for your workouts. You are part of my pregnancy journey. Much love.
Feeling heavy today end of week 27 but it also feels so good to be able to workout. Thank you for all these videos! Really been helping me get back into working out after not being able to for over half the pregnancy 🙏✨
I appreciate the videos that you post as I’ve been using them to get to a better place with my core postpartum. One thing I did notice though is that many of the movements/exercises are quite repetitive in your workouts. While this builds confidence in your strength in different areas of the body with practice, many of the targeted muscles are already tight. As a personal trainer, I often see the abductors, shoulders, hamstrings, and calves are overactive and not much attention is given to our back, glutes, abs, and shins. This definitely shifts with pregnancy even more! I get that in labor, we want to open the hips which could explain adding a lot of abduction work, but through the course of pregnancy and post, a lot of these areas are already tight and these videos further activate these muscles. These need stretching more than anything. It could help to diversify these Pilates videos in addition to the videos you post that target these underactive muscles.
Hi! One question for someone who never done ballet. When we are in position 1and we go down, does it work like a normal squat? So the knees should not go over my big toe. Thanks!

How heavy are the weights ? Like 2,4?
This was just hard enough to feel good for my first time doing pilates!
Are these exercises safe for non-pregnant men?
Yes, assuming no injuries :)
