    Jessica, thank you so much for your amazing work! Im 33 weeks now and doing your workouts 4-5 times a week since 15th week.
    People say that I only look pregnant because of my belly and nothing else changed. I look fit and my posture is great, no pains or so. Your workouts also help to keep my Gestational Diabetis in control.
    Yesterday my doctor said to continue doing whatever I do, because we doing great in terms of sugar levels 😅 You are a guardian angel of pregnant women ❤

    Just found your channel a few weeks ago. Pre-pregnancy I was really active and fit, I'm now 20 weeks along. You're so helping me feel like myself again! Definitely felt the thigh burn on this video!

    Jessica, I'm from Ukraine and I'm 39 weeks. I'm so excited I found this channel several months ago. Excercise you are showing helped me to cope with pelvic floor pain, swollen feet and strengthen my body. I'm also armed with the breathing technics and hope I will go through contractions and delivery well and without tearing. Thank you so much for everything you do! Let God bless you abundantly!

    13 weeks and have been so so sick! I’m a tumbling coach and have a toddler and work has been the extent of my exercise so far this pregnancy because that’s all the energy I can muster up. I finally felt like I could move a little extra today and decided to try this! I’m sore but so grateful to be moving my body again! This is a favorite for sure!

    I’m 14 weeks pregnant. I stopped working out when i found out i was pregnant and I’ve been sedentary for for the first trimester to make sure to not put myself at risk. Now entering my second trimester this has been my first workout and oh my lawd my hip external rotation was burning in a good way. Everything was popin and cracklin 😅 but oh I’m feeling so good now that I’ve completed it. Will def come back for more workouts. Thank you.

    These are awesome. I've been struggling getting my workout in during my first trimester because I feel so icky! But this was a great way to get my mobility in and face the day!

    There was a lot of the leg/hip work I couldn't do comfortably because of pelvic girdle pain but it's still great. I'm just working within my comfort limits at 35 weeks. Thank you for another great video.

    Hello, I am 21 weeks pregnant (French, so 19 american weeks) and I discovered your channel yesterday, I did my first lesson today and it was so helpful, i have a lot of back pain, and I felt relieved just with this one video.     Omg i felt my glutes burning, this is my first class. Im planning on doing the playlist... I felt great after the work out.... I loved pilates before i got pregnant so im happy i can still practice but in ways that are sage for me and the baby. Im at 22 weeks now.

    Just did this workout, and my breathing absolutely sucks. Thank you for making this accessible and easy to follow, it kicked my butt! I couldn't do the bicycles very well but I'm glad you said to take it easy 😂

    Love this workout. My only question is what can I do to support my knees? The start to hurt from the pressure and weight I think. I’m going to try a thicker mat as the one I use is rather thin. But any other advice would be appreciated. Thank you again ❤

      Use a blanket and fold it until it gets really thick. I do the same and it works for me.

    Hi! I have a question. I’ve been doing your videos for my pregnancy workouts and I want to ask, during the leg exercises I only feel strain in my lower calves and knees. You always mention feeling it in your hips but I never do. I sometimes quit the exercise out of pain. Am I doing these wrong??

    Love your channel and exercise 😊.. but this Pilate I think is to much strength on one side… can you consider doing one that you can break down more and changes sides frequently 😅
