I’ll tell you how well this worked for me after only 4 months..
    1. Fatty liver - my liver enzymes were in the 90s. They got down to 30s after 4 months of taking NAC.
    2. Extreme depression, suicidal thoughts, anxiety - ALL GONE. Literally none.
    3. PMS - PMS associated mental symptoms GONE
    4. Memory - I can finally remember things. My depression and anxiety and stress fried my brain. I’m finally starting to feel normal again.
    5. Blood sugar (A1C) is down.
    6. Irrational fears - NONE. It feels like I can finally let go and let God.
    7. Had no sex drive - sex drive is back and better than ever!
I will never stop using this. I can’t believe how quickly I got better. I feel like myself again.

But recently I heard that it's best if cycled on and off periodically, as taking it continuously will cause it to stop increasing the glutathione levels (if they are already at or above a specific level). so now I take it for a week or two and pause it for a week or two.

Hello there, I read that the FDA recommended not to take NAC for if someone has Asthma attacks. But, a person like myself and like others we do the "0" F's given. I was having a hard time breathing yesterday, and I went to the ER, they said everything was fine. There was nothing wrong with me. I went and got some NAC, I felt much better. I suffer from long covid, and I take many supplement because the doctors or the ER will not do nothing for me. I regret taking the JAB, because of employment requirements. I'm trying to detox with this, I take it for a week, then take it off for another, but during the time frame of being off, my symptoms come back. After the J&J and moderna jabs, my life isn't the same. My platelet count is above 400, the white blood cells are high. My cholesterol and atherosclerosis is a bit high. Get brain fog, get dizziness. I contracted covid twice after being jabbed. I am Fighting this illness from every side possible. Taking NAC, nattokinase, magnesium taurate. I also take niacin (nicotinic acid) the flush kind, to get rid of the microclots. Sometimes out of the blue I get these pins and needles inside my head, they feel like someone is using an ice pick inside my brain, although I know that supposedly they say brain matter has no pain, but I sure feel my brain hurts. Sometimes I get these head aches that start from the top back of my head and travel back of my neck to my collar and shoulders. I tell you, I've been suffering a living hell. I know that this will pass soon. Hopefully I can get rid of this.

My son also has these same mutations and is on a similar diet/supplementation and it works great for us both. It's touted to improve hair, skin and nails lol... poor advertising but sounded good to me. One dose gives you 1000mg. I then also take 600mg NAC twice a day.
