    This is the best detailed yet layman's term explanation on what and how Glutathione is and works! Thank you for sharing. Quick question Dr. A , what is the right dose of Glutathione for a beginner? Is it per week dose if via IM? And if I combine it with D3 via IM - will this make the efficacy work better and faster? Can you please make another video for this specifically? Thanks in advance.

    Absorption is not the issue with oral GSH, it is the fact that when it gets digested it gets broken down into its three component amino acid parts, thereby not remaining in the form of GSH. That is why many are opposed to oral GSH, it is a waist of money, you end up really just taking glutamine, glycine, and cysteine, not the GSH molecule. Better to have your body make it, using precursors like NAC.

    Hi Dr Anderson, could you say something about glutathione being sold for skin whitening. I have seen an injectable form sold solely for this purpose. This is not how I see the value of glutathione, and wonder, does it lead to changes in skin colour, and if so, how? Does this effect take place whether you are seeking it or not? Does this alter the skin's susceptibility to UVB light and vitamin D production? I am very intrigued by this sales pitch. Does it depigment tissues other than skin and if so, does it lighten hair? As I said, these are I.M. or I.V. injections, which is a white clumpy powder in a 10ml glass vial, presumably injection safe saline or just sterile water, must be added to dissolve the powder prior to injection. I'm interested in this product, but it's written in a language I can't read. Maybe Japanese but maybe Malaysian. Not sure. They look genuine, just never heard about the skin whitening effects from the functional medicine community. Comments please Dr A or anyone. Thanks in advance.

After the last 6 sessions of chemotherapy (via implanted chamber) he asked the oncologist for his opinion on injectable Glutathione 600 mg, but this therapy with integrators was not recommended. What advice do you give us in this regard? He is very weak physically and we (the family) don't know what could give him more strength.

    He didnt adress the most important aspect of glutathione supplememtation. Cycling it. If u keep taking it, your endogenous production gets downregulated and back to square 1. U got to take it on and off..
    Oh well, not everyone passed through glutathiome depletion phases and not everyone knows...

      Ramp it up 1st. From very low dose to half dose. For 5 days. Then 5 days off. Then 5 days on with half dose. Then 5 off. Then ramp up to full dose. Then 5 off. Then 5 days on. Than stop
      Take with it vit b2 and selenium for recycling

      @@jandp2941 when you use glutathione, it becomes oxidized (not usable). To make it usable again, you need riboflavin. Process is called recycling

    Great information, Dr Anderson! Question: I was considering taking Lycine along with NAC, but I read that a person with an eschemic stroke should not take GLycine. I can’t find any medical information on this. Is it ok to take? I had an eschemic stroke three years ago.

    On a regular basis, it is always better to take GlyNac rather than pure glutathione.

    What about Glutathione Reduced?

  • @milanvalachovic1019
    @milanvalachovic1019 6 місяців тому

    FYI Dr. precursor for Glutathion is not Glutamin, it's Glutamate, used by Glutamate-cysteine ligase, so do not mislead people. And I thing you should mention the enzymes producing the GSH along with Nrf2 involvement. Otherwise video not too bad.
