    Your eating/cooking videos are sooooo inspiring. Everything looks so good! So good that I am eating healthier after watching. I really like when you take us through your whole day starting with all the water and liquids you drink. How is that someone as young as you are so knowledgeable about healthy eating and routines? I also love your food hauls. Thank you for your inspiring work!!

    I love watch your videos. I am drinking the same ginger mix each single day, but I squeeze the lemon right before drink, because vitamin C is broken by the heat.

    I absolutely love your channel. I binge watch it often to catch up since I'm fairly new. My husband and I are doing the low carb diet and I was just looking at your recipe for the banana muffins and was wondering if you have other low carb baking recipes? Spelt four isn't really low carb friendly so if you have any recipes that use almond or coconut flour that would be great. Also, how do you keep the motivation to eat healthy? We start off strong but after a few weeks the not so good cravings sneak back and the cheating starts. Any ideas on how to help stop that? Sorry for the long comment but your such and inspiration and you are so full of knowledge. Thanks for the awesome videos

      Shutopa Deb Make a Salad dressing by mixing tahini with lemon juice and olive oil. Add a bit of chili pepper or cayenne pepper for a kick of heat. I also mix tahini with lemon juice and extra virgin olive oil and top it on beef or lamb (or vegan!) meatballs in the oven.

    • @fionabell1031
      @fionabell1031 6 років тому

      Derrick C yes they are whole foods, but apparently I read in the paper and also what I have seen doctors and nutritionists say it’s nice to have a smoothie once in a while but blending a smoothie makes the fibre ineffective, fibre slows down your digestion according to these experts.
