      Divya Sasidharan I literally expecting her to be out and about eating food to go or packed lunch in the middle of meetings. And she was home all day on the couch editing! No shame in that but the title threw me off!! 😂😂

    You have the best what I eat in a day videos, because you actually eat real meals. I've seen other ones and they don't really eat much, all they have are snacky foods and bars. Plus you enjoy what you eat and that's important too.

    Hey, I absolutely love your “what I eat in a day” videos. I’m a college student and student life gets extremely busy!!! Can you do easy recipes that are dorm-friendly and a shopping list for college students that are inexpensive.

    I love seltzer water with lemon or lime, water, and a pinch of pink salt(you can also add maple syrup or honey). It's SO refreshing on a hot day.

    Breakfast: almond milk with coffee, chia seeds, cane molasses and peanut butter.
    Lunch: white rice, eggplant, cucumber and peppers salad, braised cabbage and pea dumpling.
    Dessert: churros cake (gluten free, no sugar and no milk).

    I love that last cashew grab! The best!!! Thank you for being your delightful, honest self, it reminds me to be myself too and that I don’t need to perfect all the time or plan everything. Sometimes it’s good to improvise, be forgiving of yourself and accept life is crazy, so enjoy the ride.

    I am super late to your channel, just discovered it actually so I am watching a few videos back to back..lol..Today was a good day food wise..oatmeal topped with mixed berries and greek yogurt for breakfast, lunch was homemade salad and dinner was steamed fish and ockra with baked sweet potatoes..oh and lots of water throughout the day. Today was one of my better water intake days..lol..xoxo

    Had overnight oats for breakfast (made with greek yogurt, almond milk, blueberries, chia and hemp seeds, maple syrup) and a banana flax oatmeal muffin. bbq pulled pork sandwich on wheat bun and slice of provolone, red bell pepper strips, granny smith apple w/almond butter, peanut butter brownie balls (dates, almonds, pb, maple syrup, cacao powder), sweet potato turkey meatballs on top of a cauliflower rice spinach saute with shaved parmesan

    How can you tell when mushrooms are bad aside from being wrinkly? Since they have dark areas and feel kind of velvety I always get scared that I've kept them for too long.

    Ya I like the casual blog style. I had a chickpea, greens, walnut balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic, shallot, honey, cayenne and sea salt salad. I liked it.

    I loved this!! The idea of it. A reality day for what you eat in a day. 🤗💁🏼‍♀️ I feel my biggest issue is I bring too many things to work and don’t know how to pace myself when I eat then I feel sick. But, one thing I ate today would be Los Banditos-Mexican restaurant. So I guess you could say I had my little once and awhile treat too😍

      Try bringing snacks like carrot sticks, celery, grapes, cucumber, etc of things you can over snack on and just feel hydrated from.

    @healthnut nutrition I always use my old mushrooms when I make a broth or gravy. They still have a ton of flavour and it's not about the consistency as you strain them away anyway 😀

      hanna yep I keep a bag of scraps in my freezer and always add older mushrooms to it and then make a stock or broth once A week

      Yes, old, wrinkled mushrooms are still perfectly usable. I just "peal" them, and fry them as usual.

    This video is interesting but within all butter which butter do you recommend if anyone doesn't like peanut butter but within your company health nuts why did you call that but is there a healthy alternative of butters and my breakfast weetbix week

    i’m a touch confused about the benefits of lemon water/ lemon ginger water. i know ginger relieves nausea and lemon is acidic so it has anti bacterial properties, but besides being a natural diuretic i don’t understand how it keeps you regular or relieves heartburn. liquids are processed in the kidneys, not the intestines/colon, and acidic foods tend to cause heartburn not prevent it. am i just confused?

      also confused about consuming collagen...if collagen is made in your skin cells, and collagen production slows down due to old age, how is ingesting a collagen supplement which will be broken down by your digestive enzymes going to make it in it’s full form to your skin cells? i’ve been seeing a ton of people use this and i want to know how it actually works before i start ingesting it myself lol

    Very nice! I would suggest u watch some zero waste videos for ideas on how to avoid waste. Like bringing ur own shopping bag and avoid bringing so much plastic :)

    Use 1/2 almond or coconut milk and 1/2 water to make your oatmeal. The flavor is a lot better than plain water.

    Today I decided to add a smoothie into my diet. I try to have a smoothie as a substitute for lunch and for dinner, some shrimp and veggies. I liked the video, it gave me some good ideas. I need to try the avocado on toast, it looks good.

    Have you heard about the health benefits of "intermittent fasting" if you don't have any solid foods until noon, sounds like you already are doing it. How many hours until you had the oatmeal?

      Thanks Erica!! I have and have a couple friends who do it although I could never do it myself. I get SOO hungry after only a couple hours of not eating. I get headaches, brain fog, shakes you name it lol its intense.. my body always needs constant food lol #healthnutfam

    You need to try Bobs Red Mill organic Steel Cut oats. Experts use to say they are nutritionally the same as rolled oats ( one type is rolled flat, the steel cut is cut with blades) but now I’m told that some good ingredients, oils etc are pressed out during the rolling process. Bobs Red Mill even has a quicker cooking version of them now. Cooks in about 7 minutes.
