    I swear this is just about the only bike in this segment and/or price range that has a 6th gear. I'm not crazy about the looks but that gear box makes this very attractive.

    I'm glad you somehow mention the top gear cruise speed. Not many people do this. Great review.

    I actually prefer this over the 1100 for my riding. I’ve been downsizing lately and this fits in with my style more. Love the 1100 but don’t need it. Restuff the seat its easy enough to do.

    When I first started watching your video, I said to myself, "this place looks very familiar..." and then BAM! I see Night Trips! HAHA!

    It's a Full Throttle which in the UK means the Termie's come as standard.

    I know it’s been awhile since you rode the smaller sixty2, for someone starting at with street riding is this too much bike? I’m have a few months of dirtbike experience, and trying to decide between this and the smaller 400. I don’t plan on much highway riding, just cruising around town. I am not into speed either, like to keep the speed low.

      The Sixty2 and the regular Scrambler are both good bikes and to be honest not too much bike in any way with either of them.

    It's an 803 and those pipes are standard on the Full Throttle. How tall are you? Is there enough room? It looks so small.

    What would you recommend. This Ducati or the Honda Rebel 500? I´m new to the bike world and I have to decide now between these two.

    • @jonasserra4000
      @jonasserra4000 6 років тому

      Its more of a personal choice based on what style of ride you want. The scrambler is sportier than the rebel. Ducati makes great bikes, however it'll cost a bit more.

    • @aluisious
      @aluisious 5 років тому

      The Rebel 500 is cheaper and friendlier for a new rider. The Scrambler could easily be a bike you ride forever. It's a little quick off low revs for a new rider though. I'm certainly glad I started with an old 250.

      What did you end up going with? I'm getting into riding. I want a bike that I can in for ever, do small touring. From what I understand that Honda is to light to do long highway rides. I don't know. Just researching at this point

    Great review. I actually live near there and I'm trying to decide between this or a triumph street triple.

    • @RabidHedgehog
      @RabidHedgehog  5 років тому +1

      The Street Triple is more fun to me. The Duc has a little more soul in the way it runs though, little more shake and a little more noise.

      I need to. I have not found a place that is like, yes you may take this bike out for your channel yet that sells them. I ask and they pull out the credit app or slap the card machine on the desk... So when one comes around (waiting for Indian of OKC to pick one up because it seems like my wish list eventually makes it there), then I will be on it for sure.

    • @modernmanventures
      @modernmanventures 3 роки тому

      @@mattcc6603 it comes down to preference. Ducati is instantly recognizable as a tried and true brand. Husqvarna is less known but does turn heads and it’s nice it’s not a air cooled motor and has a nice riding position. I went with the Ducati as I know so many that love the bike and customize it. Can’t go wrong with the 401 husky instead though for the price and customize the crap out of it though

    You should try in in a turn. There has to be atleast 1 of them in Oklahoma.

    • @RabidHedgehog
      @RabidHedgehog  6 років тому

      Somewhere back east there is. Central Oklahoma is, well, flat. Now I have played with these in other places and have got to legit take some turns and they are great in them.

      It's basically my MTS motor, and that's fine with me. Not as fast as my Triumph Triples but equally compelling IMO. The Triumph simply does not have the same torque characteristics. No way.
