If you're struggling to out on weight, you need to work with heavy weights and also eat big to add size. Here's a routine better for adding mass - themidasmvmt.com/dumbbell-push-pull-legs
Make sure you pick specific diets and just use heavy weights. Don’t eat unhealthy food to gain weight. It just gives you fat and fat isn’t what you’re looking for.
Nice routine. Gonna try it but with reps instead of timed intervals (personal preference I guess). Will aim for 20 each exercise and 3 rounds and see how that goes. Thanks for the video

Can you do a shoulder/abs or upper body/abs hybrid series? Your hybrids are the best....being able to moves working both at the same time would be amazing! Like shoulder press situps, Russian twist punches with dumbells, standing oblique crunches w/ shoulder press etc. With your creativity you could isolate each muscle group and combine with abs simultaneously. It a mixture of both! Most trainers separate them but you're the #hybridking 😎
