I love spaghetti squash. I also grew up eating it because my grandpa found a way to grow them wayy larger than how they usually grow. He makes them a little different though. He cuts them in half longways and puts them on a baking sheet face down for 40 minutes at 350 or 400 degrees. And then kinda rakes them with a fork and makes beef and tomato sauce to throw on top. Super yummy. Also super great with just butter, salt and pepper
I love that!! Growing your own is incredibly smart bc while they are very tasty… they are also pretty expensive (where I live 🥲).. the beef & tomato sauce sounds good too! My mom always used to do just butter, honey and cinnamon for a sweet variant (a simple woman, much like myself hah)
This was delightful and very informative. I liked how you didn’t include annoying music or filler edits. Just kept it simple and straightforward. Thank you Patty
I never wanted to be a big beef until I saw you. I have new 2024 goals, preemptively setting myself into a routine to start the year strong 💪 You’re a great inspiration.
The salad and fried rice gave me some good foundational ideas I will certainly be using! Learning systems and methods of how to prepare food that minimize mess, waste, and time has made a world of difference in my life. When someone has truly no idea where to start, showing what kind of cookware to use, how to efficiently use your space, and how to handle food (being aware of meat cross contamination, but not fearing it/cutting tough foods etc) is so impactful. It's a genuine barrier people face when wanting to better their lives, and not making fun of anyone who wants to learn from square zero is the first quality of a good teacher. You're doing real good work here!! ***my only constructive word is I got spooked when you applied pressure on the squash with the knife facing towards you; I was taught if you gotta push hard, make sure you push away and not towards yourself
May I suggest you look at some of Julia Child's excellent work? She not only speaks on the basics of cooking and it's methods and techniques, at a very high level (meaning it is time tested, used in the finest restaurants) but she does it in a way that is conversational and light hearted. She is delightful to watch by herself, nevermind the lessons she is teaching. Cheers.
I gotta say Patty, I just recently started going to the gym again and came across some of your shorts, but this is the first one of your actual videos I have watched. I absolutely love your style and thought this video was awesome! Your shorts help me get my ass to the gym everyday, and this is going to help me eat better. Thanks for being an inspiration for all of us!
For a second there, I was like, "but when do I put the gorilla mind protein in the mix?" Also, I laughed when you mentioned to mix the chicken by hand, because it reminded me of my roommate catching me playing with the chicken pieces while cooking. I was flinging them onto the frying pan like they were marbles. And I'd try to get further and further away testing my skills and power playing "marbles" with the chicken.
Good afternoon, Patty. I'm just making my way through your older videos. Thank you for the meal ideas. I tried something simple last night: 1 x Microwave rice (220g). Chicken strips (125g). Microwaved for 30 seconds. 1 x bag of microwave vegetables - peas, carrots, & sweetcorn (135g). Served in a bowl, & very much enjoyed 😊. Enjoy your weekend.
i love it when you say ''i dont wanna hear nothing about this ok'' or similar, when you dont want people complaining about something. ''not a peep'', i love it
spegetti squash with olive oil salt and pepper is my go to, but my mom would make it with butter and a pinch of brown sugar. all the meals looked so good have a great day patty💖
I dig the stuffing mix! When I first got married, my husband and I were so stinking broke so I used oatmeal in my meatloaf! You are so disciplined, patty! I weigh nothing and measure nothing when I cook! lol! Guess it’s cuz I’m feeding a family, but that’s my excuse. Love 💕 patty’s kitchen vids! U are a jewel 💎! Top is so punk on you too! Super cool! I love to bake squash seeds w salt!
Thankyou sue! 🫶🙏 I’ll have to try the oatmeal meatloaf! The idea reminds me of when I used to make ground beef and an oat cake on the side (just blended oats cooked with water to a dense “cake”) so tasty!
Patty, new haircut looks good! And so did those dinners! That chicken and fried rice looked EPIC Just a fun question, how long does it usually take you to make these vids? Do you work on them all week, or is it something you can put together the day before maybe?
Giiirl I found your channel not too long ago, and you are a treasure of a person. Thank you for sharing what you can and putting yourself out there. Aspirational fitness goals too. 🦄
Watching Patty cook is just such an adventure... I feel like she is taking her life in her hands every time she does it. It is a testament to how tough she is that she has survived this long. 😃
I've stumbled on your channel a few days ago and I'm totally charmed by your personality and physique. I've watched a ton of your videos and shorts since. I never were into gyms because of my health problems, laziness and other reasons. It's probably some sort of witchcraft, but I like it! Keep up the good work and all the best to you!
I never heard of spaghetti squash before but it looked dope, definitely going to give it a try. Great job on the meals and video as always Master Chef Patty🔥Keep up the good work boss!
Ive never been this early...i really enjoy your cooking and chef hours! Something About watching people cook. You keep it original too! Your content is great❤❤
These food videos are so good I really enjoy them and thanks for the veg spaghetti option it will be helpful for me bc I am a vegetarian. Your physique is looking superb patty keep it up. So today I was at the gym and I deadlifted about 405 (conventional) and a guy asked me how old are you? I said 15 but he was not able to believe that. I achieved so many PRs just bc of you thanks patty for helping me and some beginners in the gym are also thinking that I am not natty bc of my strength but Im natty and my mom also don't allow me to take whey bc she thinks that it's poison😅😂 and she always say that if you will consume it your liver will stop working and that's a very funny thing, whenever I try to make her understand she gets angry so I don't say anything bc I respect her 😅😂 she is really stubborn. One more thing you're so good kind, beautiful and that new hairstyle is looking good, it is enhancing your amazing looks. Seriously you're looking superb patty. Keep up the good work which you're doing. Take care of yourself and have a great day Patricia.
Thankyou shiven!! Great work on all the PRs! I am so honored to have helped inspire you but all the hard work is thanks to you! Keep it up 💪 (and also I agree with just not fighting your mom haha it’s for the best)
I loaf your cooking 🦆💗 I love making quesadilla omelettez, you make an omelet (i like chorizo & spinach) then after it's cooked but the top isn't fully set, you add a tortilla then flip it, add some cheeze and a lil love and boom, delish Serve with some salsa, pickled jalapeno, and hotsauce
Idk how but ever since I’ve been watching Patty’s Vids, I’ve felt more confident and a better person to others. PATTY UR AMAZING❤❤😻 I hope you help more ppl. :))
Very intrigued with the idea of adding veg to the rice - chicken and egg fried rice is one of my staples. Will have to see what sesame oil brings - also one of my favourite additions, but never tried it with fried rice before. I was interested to see you cook the egg before putting the rice in, though. I tend to put the rice in the pan with raw egg, and then cook it up. Tends to make the texture very even. I also add spices to both the egg and chicken - things like sriracha mix, chilli flakes, sometimes garam masala. Although that may all be a bit much - I have been accused of having no tastebuds left after eating curries for years.
não sei se é você mesmo quem edita os videos , mas a edição é muito profissional e o seu senso de humor é perfeito !!! me divirto muito com seus videos .

Patty really has it all. Cooking skills, muscles, a microwave, a good relationship with her mom, a pig. Inspirational !!
The only thing she's having trouble with is thinking she's a man.
A microwave 💪😈 hahah tyyy
Yeah speaking of that piglet....it mysteriously disappeared, didn't it? Wonder how it tasted
@@theleanbeefpatty microwaves are amazing though.
What is the deal with the microwave ruckus lmao. Why are people afraid of them
Sometimes, I convince myself that Patty's kitchen is a secret dimension located within a rural Russian neighborhood.
Please don't whinge on the under 2%.
She’s not Russian lol
I'm so glad I'm not alone
It looks like a sitcom room, you can never see the outside area xD

For the fried rice I recommend finishing it with a dash of sesame oil. All it takes is a tiny bit but it adds so much to the aroma and taste.
