On a serious note, I expect a bartending instructor to know better than to leave the ice scoop IN THE ICE, which is a health code violation (which I learned at this very school). That sets a bad example for all the new guys who don't take sanitation and hygiene seriously.
American Bartending School You freaking idiot. If you're going to be training people how to tend bar professionally, then health codes are of the utmost importance. It doesn't matter if it's not being served to a customer, you should be teaching people what will be required of them in the profession. And by the way, you shake like shit.
