In my case I love music, since I deleted TikTok I gave myself more than 4 hours during the day to do whatever I wanted, one of those things was listening to full music albums and finding new songs to add to my playlists. i honestly quit social media for a max 2 weeks and ıdk every night i ended up crying for no reason i still cant figure out why am i crying? i stopped hanging out with friends but you know what? fck life self improvement is everything
