    Hello...what is a ballpark time frame to see results and when can Celsius be reapplied for more suborn weeds? Thanks

    • @domyown
      @domyown  7 місяців тому

      Depending on the weed you're treating, it could take anywhere from 1-4 weeks for you to see results with Celsius WG Herbicide. Weed control may be reduced if application is made in the presence of heavy dew, fog, and mist/rain or when weeds are under stress due to a drought.

    The bottle of taurus sc shows it can be mixed up to 1.25 oz per gallon ,did I read that correctly?

      Please note this video is on Celsius WG Herbicide. www.domyown.com/celsius-wg-herbicide-p-1923.html For the product you mentioned... the application rate for Taurus SC Termiticide is 0.8 oz. per 1 gallon of water. This is for most situations, but you should read the full product label or contact us if you have any more concerns. www.domyown.com/msds/Taurus_SC_Termiticide_Label_2020.pdf

    Hi, should I apply it on a dry lawn or water it before application? Thank you.

      Celsius should be applied to a dry lawn. Our general recommendation is to not apply within 24 hours of rain.

    Does wg kill Egyptian grass and snake needle grass?? I have a southern st. Augustine lawn

    • @domyown
      @domyown  8 місяців тому

      Celsius WG Herbicide is not labeled for either of these grasses, so it is hard to say for sure what damage may occur if it comes in contact with them. According to online these grasses resemble ornamental plants, which celcius is harmful to. We would advise taking caution when over spraying near these grasses.. but if you choose to proceed a spot treatment in an inconspicuous area to see how they react would be best.

      Did you get bombarded with them when temps dropped like I did? WOW I was not expecting this many. I have a complete infestation of them in an area of my lawn so had to go a little above the high rate for the whole lawn alongside some pre-emergent so the seeds don’t keep sprouting. Do not let these suckers go unattended especially if you have kids or pets. They spread like wildfire.

      @@spaceshiptomoon I sure did!! What pre emergent did you end up going with? My order just came in today and a dose of WG and the pre emergent sound like a great combo before they take over

      @@domyownThank you for replying...I have another question (wanna make sure I get this right) Can I apply this product all over the entire lawn❓ Or does it has to be spot treated❓ I have lespedeza all over my lawn and many other weeds and types, so spot treating isn't going to do it. Also can this product be applied now in the fall❓...I already bought 2 bags of pre emergent Hi Yield etc...and this is the first time of me working with emergents...Can I apply these 2 at the same time or do have to wait ❓I'm planning to start treatments now in fall season..Thank you

    • @domyown
      @domyown  9 місяців тому +1

      The Celsius can be applied to the whole yard and can be applied now as long as your temperatures are under 85. This product will kill the weeds that are actively growing. Once you apply the Celsius you can put down the Hi-Yield pre-emergent to keep the weeds from coming back up. Since the pre-emergent is a granule that you have to water in, it is best to apply on different days.
