Best Banana Bread Ever! | Perfectly Moist, Soft and Yummy.

Ingredients
2 1/2 cups soft/pastry flour
2tsp baking soda
1tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
2 eggs
8 medium sized bananas
2tsp vanilla
2/3 cup sugar (do 1/2 if bananas are very ripe)
3/4 cup butter (should be 1/2 cup once melted)
