I'm Enyonam, from a country called Ghana in West Africa. As someone who owns a lot of recipe books, I would love to try out these recipes with you.

Hi Enyo. Nice video, the scenery was lovely and the cooking looks delicious. I sometimes take a stool into the kitchen for a small rest here and there. Cooking is a relaxing time for my mind. I noticed the notch on the side of your pots, very smart! The beans stew and coconut rice is most enticing for me. 🤍🇺🇸

I love plants and flowers too. There’s a spiritual connection between us if you understand. It’s so inspiring and fulfilling to see the plants thrive under your care. I have only 3 right now. A red maranta named Ruby, a peace lily named Lily, and an aloe vera named Vera. 🖤💚🖤🌹🍀🌿 It’s good for my mental health as well. I manage bipolar depression and anxiety disorder. I need all the woo-sah that I can find. 😊 Your food looks amazingly yummy too ❤

Yam is now expensive o, we mostly eat potatoes here too😂😂… justice for this airfryer😭😭, I feel for you, but airfryer is definitely the best honestly! I must buy it when I make money here on UA-cam 😩🤣. Another one is oil spray oooo, the village girl in me will carry my big gallon of oil and pour directly 😂

I'm Venezuelan and there is yam in my country. We use it for soups 🇻🇪

@@enyoslifestyle Both ways, but I prefer it as chunks, with potatoes, carrots and pumpkin in the soup 🙆🏻♂️
@@oollarves fascinating combination. In Ghana we use it for porridge too or in chunks in soup. You can google ‘mpotompoto’ to see what I mean. ❤️
