Thanks Bas! Fellow Dutchman here (well my parents were Dutch). I purchased the O2 Trainer. Waiting for delivery. I'm a 64 year old male, who is trying to get back some semblance of fitness. I smoked for 17 years and quit when I was 31after a friend of mine who was 31 when he died of a heart attack from smoking. I can walk for 14 miles with no issues other than my feet ache for a bit after the walk. I lost 80 lbs and looking to lose another 20 or 30, which will put me at 200 or 190 lbs. I'm 6' tall. It's getting much harder to lose that last 20 lbs I have tried jogging, and my legs are good with it for the most part but my breathing sucks! I can't get a rhythm going and after jogging for even just one minute I'm breathing so hard I have to stop. I just can't get the deep breath required. I tried walking for 5 minutes and jogging for 1 minute and keep that routine up for maybe 10 times, but after that the rest of the time is a quick paced walk after I barely recover from those 1 minute jogs. Do you think this will increase my ability to actually jog? I really hope so, because I would truly love to jog or run a 5K at some point. I haven't done that since I was 20 years old.

It's been a struggle trying to sum up the motivation in myself after life has knocked you down to get that drive to try and get into the best shape of my 38yrs of age. Man. I watch a lot of videos. Go to a lot of things in my life. And just all your videos are so concise and to the point and beyond master classes within themselves. Love the authenticity. I had a 3 inch abdominal separation for which I went to Physical Therapy. When the time came to do my “homework” I used this to really learn to breathe. Long story short I finished my therapy a month ahead of schedule.

I'm missing when you are inhaling. It looks like you're inhaling when you're bending forward after you've exhaled completely? Or is it a really fast inhale as you sit up?
However the information hes giving is free, Bas said he started off using a washer instead of his device (dangerous as you can inhale it and die) but you can also just close your mouth very small or modify a cheap snorkel. Certianly pay for the product Bas made if you can, i did, but also helped my buddy make one out of an old snorkel

What America and all other countries btw need, is that people realize how the system is screwed and the real masters are behind in the shadow (sitting on the big money, think Blackrock, certain families etc.). Freedom fighters ... fighting within the rigged system is a one-way street to their agenda/NWO; what people need to do is to stop playing along within the system. Next plandemic, next crisis (they orchestra them all, using Hegelian dialectic), people need to say "f*ck you" to their "govern ment" and not obey to any of their rules.
I've done two breathing techniques and twice I get nosebleeds. Is there something wrong with me? Should you work while do breathing exercise, or should you be relaxed?
We all breath their "geo-engineered" toxins, not much to do; but please, use good (not expensive but effective) water filter system. H2O, element of life. "Spray" awareness of what the trails actually are, no such thing as "new clouds", they use HAARP and other things like cloud-injection etc. Sounds crazy ... well, yes, many things do sound crazy first but DYOR and you'll see. They use such big lies that mass can not imagine it to be lies. Still, true tough.
Some people who are supposedly educated or in the health industry are suggesting this can cause major issues . At 55 and surfing this could be great for me. Any response to the alleged dangers ? Not sure how to describe it correctly but forcing air into the lungs .
Bad, My biggest question about this is i was always told that your supposed to breathe out of your nose as its natural and more efficient. Won’t this train you to use your mouth
Do we have to do and remember all these special movements when breathing training? So can't we just go about normal everday or just simply sitting down and training the breathing muscles and get the same benefits?
Trust me youll wanna do it the Bas way, if youre just bored and wanna use it however you please during a day theres no harm in that but the way bas shows it you truly only need 5 minutes and you will be PUNISHED especially the reverse motion he does to target the back side
Yeah, if there was benefit in just having it in your mouth for a while doing everyday things, I would rather to that. I tried the exercises every day for about 4 weeks but in the end I started kinda dreading them.

This thing works great for increasing work capacity! which allows me to eat over 3500 calories daily and stay trim in my 50s! Amazing little tool!

You’re not forcing excess air into the lungs. This restricts your ability to draw breath, forcing your diaphragm to draw breath for you.
