    Question - Life republic township ke pass se jo ring road Jane wala hai uske baare me bataiye. Uska map kaisa rahenga konse konse village cover hone wale hai, western ring road me, overall connectivity

    kharadi - wagholi road is congested a lot during office hours. I was planning to buy a flat in wagholi but when i actually travelled to that location during office hours I realized the traffic. There are so many problems in wagholi but still due to low inventory flat prices are in CR. I instead settled for a smaller flat in wadgaon sheri.

    Delhi NCR Metro is the most successful and very well connected Metro project in India.

    Buy anywhere but not in East Pune.. Except kharadi everything is like throwing money away. spend some days in the area and you will know why,

    Although i had asked for Godrej Carnival project Mamurdi. long back in March n u commented it will be covered. Meanwhile i have purchased commercial at 2nd floor in it. Not sure if renting will be easy or descent rental will get or not. Now little scare? Not much project in surrounding. Hope furure will be good in 5 years time.
    But i completely understand that number of pending requests u have and amount of research u do n running your business it will take a time. If time permits please cover it.

      It is very costly. You will get 2bhk in prime area in that prize. Bavdhan lacks a lot in infra and vanaha is on the outskirts of bavdhan. Vanaha high cost is due to township cost. Buy in baner at same price and more matured market.

    I bought a flat in The Canary G block and got registered in Jan 2023. There is no further demand and I am assuming that they are delaying the construction. Do you have any update on this?

      Project achha hai. Par aaspass k roads ka thoda issue laga mujhe, traffic rahega and water supply ka bhi doubt hai. Ye mera personal view hai baki expert bata sakte hai better. Project ka layout, costing sahi hai.
