You get literally everything nearby...hospitals, schools.. shops.. just get out of the society and you ll find them. Also wide road towards nashik highway.. wide roads towards old pune mumbai highway.. wide roads of aundh and close to hinjewadi and expressway and literally you get everything there

Kharadi is also not IT sector of Pune. One IT building surrounded by many residential buildings this is very pathetic and worst. Very very bad town planning of city. Builders are only here for business they don't care about anything. As soon as they came to know that WTC is coming or any big IT company investing at some place, they buy all other surrounding land and start selling flats saying this IT or that company is coming. Goverment needs to have some strict regulation on builder mafia or lobby.

Life republic might not be a great investment option for Punekars but a lot of Mumbaikars invest there due to the close proximity to the mumbai highway from the east gate they have and also the fact the they are very spacious. Each sector of theirs is more than 10 acres which makes it spacious and does not look cramped up whenver you enter a society. My friend stays there and I have personally observed these..
How's society overall? I heard that there is no public amenities like malls, restaurant nearby. People have to walk through village Marunji. Infact the rentals are poor,the old clusters have lot of seepage issues..
@@manish2070The societies are good...the new ones specially like R1. yes the old sectors do have seepage issues. But have not found any complaints on the other ones. For restaurants, yes we need to go to hinjewadi for some good ones. Also no blinkit zepto yet..

Life republic is good investment bcz of near IT park (6km,22 min) ... but riverview city Loni kalbhor is not , but it is having 9km distance from magarpatta and same from SP infocity. 2 major IT parks. from both township to reach nearest IT park take same time ... 😅 but 1 is good for investment and another is not ...
Because life republic is already developed whereas Riverview city will take years to get developed. There is no proper connectivity to Riverview city except Solapur road. If they connect Riverview city via different roads then it will be a good investment. Merely developing townships at some remote location won’t help much for ex. Nanded city and Pride World City. Tech park in Naded city has failed due to poor connectivity.
@@rocket.Singh. I am not really in favor of both townships. But, LR is better placed considering a lot of development is already done. Plus multiple entry exits from Maruji, Bhumkar Chowk, Punawale whereas Riverview has just started its construction. There is inner ring road planned besides Riverview but really don’t know if it will really happen since it needs to taken care by PMRDA. If somehow inner ring road gets constructed then you will see more appreciation for riverview city. I feel Hinjawadi is almost a gone case now since development has been stalled by foolish gaonwalas for personal gains. Only some families managing grampanchayats minting money by allowing illegal constructions. No new IT park came in Hinjawadi since last 5 yrs. Only ring road can revive Hinjawadi now.

Check mouth shut, many reported leak issues with LR.
True LR is not for investment at this stage. 10 year’s it was fine. Near by village will not merge with PCMC sooner or later. Punnavale is struggling for traffic due to only 1 entry.
