Can government bring a law to prohibit selling under construction properties, once building is complete with all the formalities complete, builder can sell it. Banks who are providing loans to builder will have to take the risk, why retail consumers are exposed to the risk of delayed possession

The left turn doesn’t make sense though at mundhwa chowk. Over 90% of the traffic goes straight at that route. Marking a separate lane at such a narrow road for 10% of the traffic doesn’t make sense.

Pune biggest problem is land acquisition. The road in front of Panchsheel Towers in Kharadi, going past Dhole Patil School and Majestique Towers is supposed to lead to Nagar Road as a double road. But in between, there is a big piece of land jutting into the road. Hence, until resolved, that road cannot be doubled and with multiple big developments happening on that road, it will be subject to lots of traffic jams. No solution in sight for at least 10 years in my view
