Great answer for refuge area, I am facing exactly same issue that is water seepage, as refuge area is open no one is owner of it and complaint in society also but unfortunately no one care about it ..its better to not take flat below refuge area

I have one query ,does PMC have system for floor wise sanctioning and if Yes can builder sell flats which are not sanctioned , my building has 30 floors and builder said sanctioning not yet came for your flat so registration can not be done, appreciate your suggestion o this . In COVID builder got extension of one year so many buyers case its written Dec-23 but Rera date changed to Dec-24. I don't think home buyer can do anything until June-25 as Builder can get extension upto 6months from Rera date

Kharadi me aur bohot sare IT park aur ayenge…but rate aur upar jane ke chances ab kam hai. Rates are already reaching peak now. Other localities such as Wagholi, Manjari might get developed if road connectivity improves and if inner ring road starts in next 3-4 years.
