Only in Pattaya once, during covid, so very chill. That is why we are going back this trip, se all its glory.....holes! Will definitely check out south pattaya, but maybe next trip, after i"ve observed the holey grail!🙃
Hey William, I lived in Washington a few years, albeit I was down around Pasco/Kennewick area. Let me know when you are in the Issan area, we'll figure something out. Thanks for watching.
Re banking ..we opened a joint account with both names, but only the wife's signature ! but I have the ATM card. Krungsri gave me a bit of a run around opening my account, first they said I need a work permit but I just politely asked the girl to ring up Head Office in BKK, they talked her through every thing. But still gave me a wrong form, apparently there was a special application form for foreigners only even though the first form was in Thai and English !
I thought maybe when you weren’t there Gary would drink beer with Buttcrack Buddy or the other guy…Larry the electrician….I can’t remember all of them…555
You no how you say about the low spots where the rain is pooling up puddles once you do the final clean up and have it levelled out a bit better are you going to put 2/3 inches of top soil in and then spread grass seed to have beautiful lawn I here you say about fox palms and few trees etc it will just give it that finished touch and look so good with nice established green grass you have a good water source with the well so sprinkler system on the yard will keep the grass looking good let us no what ya plans are with that cheers nearly finished looking good with the fence panels can't you just class that as a hobby not actual work as it is your place your entitled too do things too it's not like your making an income I spoke to my thai wife she said you can build the fence panels source the material and build in your own time on your own property we live in dontanin village but we in Australia working at the moment we have raised the land in thailand and looking at build one and half story house in the village in about 15 months time our budget is around 2.2 million baht just check and make sure you can do ya fence if it worries ya get clarification on it then you'll no.
I need to goninto the immigration office and ask them. As is in Thailand, every office will give their own answer. Ours us really good so I don't think it's a problem. But all it takes is one 43 yo momma's basement dwelling boxer short internet idiot to cause problems. I think that's ny plan.
Seeing as Garry the Gate Man did such a great job making the gate, better get him and his brother Frank the Fencer working on the panels to insert in the fence. Are they related to Sparkie and Butt Crack Bob? 😊😉😄😁
For Karsten: I would check with a lawyer about getting your name in the Condo's Blue House Book as I am sure that I have seen videos about that subject before and the consensus is that you can and should. I bought a house & some land in my daughter's name (she is Thai) and I have Usufruct status on the Chanote so I can live here as long as I like as if I owned it. I also have a Yellow House Book and a pink ID card as well based upon my Usufruct status.
I agree with you Kenny. We live in north isaan and looked into buying condo in Bangkok as well. Did the maths and it cheaper to rent and if any problems rent somewhere else next time 😂 I built my own perimeter boundary wall by myself and another builder complained. Had a visit from employment office. No problem.
Do not have a set plan. This is only a hobby for me, so I will continue making videos, as long as it does not become a "job". We plan to travel 50-60% of our time, but with every 3rd farang making thailand travel videos I really don't want to do that. Short term it will be settling into the house and adjusting retirement in Thailand. Sompit suggested traveling around meeting farangs living here and telling their stories. Good suggestion and will definitely do some of that as we meet people on our travels, but not as a business model.
Thanks for another great video. Love the gates.
Thanks again!
Your house is looking super nice keep on them to do it up right.
Thanks, Today is the last day of painting. Only house cleaning tomorrow and they will be finished! It will be a GLORIOUS day!
Nice to meet Mr Denmark….I’m on the same page…Jomtien a little..I like BKK for a few days…but generally like south of Pattaya…

Banking is so fun in Thailand. They are very consistent at being inconsistent. It`s all part of the charm here.
I'm still trying to get a second bank account. Not sure why it is so difficult.
Enjoyed your video today. Thanks.
Appreciate your support
Great, then you know of them this is William from USA SPOKANE VALLEY, WA . HOPE TO MEET UP WHEN THE WIFE ABD I COME OVER THERE TO SAKONNAKHON

14:51 So…now your mom can see you on you tube…Mr Denmark…😊
True, I never considered that, but so can Interpol!

Fruit tree are really nice you mite think about that
We have a few around the pond: bananas, guava, mango, papaya, lime, mulberry, and coconuts.

They hang out together on the weekends, and talk to each other on a regular basis!
555..hahaha..I couldn’t keep those guys straight …Bob, Sparkie….😂
Looking real good….😊
Morning Kenny and Sompit. The banks can change from branch to branch, day to day and province to province haha.
SMH, everything "official" is much more difficult than needs to be. Everything else is unregulated!
There's a separate yellow house book for foreigners. Also you can get a pink thai ID card. Both quite useful.
First I have heard of the pink IDs. We will be looking into this for me. Thanks

Hey Ken, sompit and I are reading your comment. Did not know about the pink ID, but we will also be looking into it for me.

Thats good to hear, are you on retirement or marriage visa?
Marriage visa non O.
Kenny, I’m not sure if you’ve answered this question before, but what are your plans for the channel once the house is completed?
Terrell..he will still be putting out videos because they will be traveling and doing everyday life stuff…

@@ParadiseNThailand talking to other expats would definitely make for some quality TV or tee wee as the Thais would say.
Where are you in Thailand Ken
About a 1-hour drive south of Sisaket city on hwy 2111. Khun Han would be the largest town, about 3 km out into the rice fields to our house.
I have my name in the blue book for my condo in Ban Pae , he needs to get it sorted at the office that he pays the property tax too.
I message him and suggested he read your comments.
Why don't you put in some mini coconut trees you mite like them and they produce well
If referring to the short tree with normal sized coconuts, we have 3 near the pond that we planted 1.5 years ago. They were the first we planted.
What happened to those nice big wooden entry doors that you ordered? I must have missed it. Did you decide against them?
No I did not decide against them, the boss did!
@@ParadiseNThailandwise lady 👍
So do Bangkok bank charge you 15 baht for ATM withdrawal in different provence area's outside BKK
Not me, I don't play their games. I transfer to Sompit"s Government Bank account, no fee, then she withdrawals it, no fee.
@@ParadiseNThailand in the UK you can go to any ATM any where different bank no charge BB are ripping us off
