    After you get a truck load of dirt, 6 months later you will probably need another. Good luck with the new spikes!

      @@ParadiseNThailand it actually was exciting for me, im very interested in the build, and I also thought that language may "help" the utube algorithm, sorry for the confusion
      Im particularly interested in your intended landscaping, I think it will reduce the local ground and air temperature for you significantly

      @@bluedogozwoofer6737 Thank You, I know nothing about the algorithms, shame on me, I didn't even know comment counts effected the algorithms until someone told me. As I have stated before, I do this as a hobby, so I have never researched what they track. With that, Thank You for teaching me something new.🙏

      Thanks for the complement, but I might be all f--kd up too, lol. we considered an awning of sort, but I did not want to put holes in the new walls, with the end game being natural shade from foliage. Looked for a cheap "temporary" solution. I will elaborate on this a bit more in a video coming out on the 6th. Thanks for watching Tommy.

    I feel your pain on the erosion, soil, tractor work, drains, rolls of Manila grass, though I had it beat then more rain than I’ve ever seen or imagined came mother nature just laughed. I’ve come to the conclusion that any soil work needs to be done after monsoon. Take care Kenny

    You should do like other contractors do put some water pipe drainage on your fence in some of the drainage areas and cement them in

    • @ParadiseNThailand
      @ParadiseNThailand  Місяць тому

      I had considered a french drain system, but the wall builder told me I would not need it if I put the drain holes in the walls, which is what we did. I my still put one from the center of that open area out to the rice road.

    The white stuff is salt coming out of the concrete

      They call it concrete efflorescence. As per the above comments salt and moisture migration through the concrete. There are many causes. Glad you used a moisture barrier (sheet of plastic) under the house floor.

    Are you planning to do a cost breakdown or reveal on the house?
