We have bought the block next to our old village house and built a new back wall and raised the dirt one metre this year so hopefully start on the house in three years. I have enjoyed watching your videos and keen to see Freddy the fence builder in action. I am much like yourself I have worked on poultry farms for 40 years and I’m very handy. Do a lot of maintenance and repairs on farms so I think you and I think much the same. 👍☕️🍺

The landscaping is really gonna make your home pop. I'd start with the 10-20 year end vision big stuff vis trees (root growth) big shade area thoughts possible future "produce" or ornamental specimens to enhance aesthetics while the yet uncompacted soil has an ability to get planting growth off to a flier.

My place the same, painted them light grey colour to match my newly painted grey & white pinstripe doors, looks 100% better. Lucky I didn't have the brown skirting (Mop) boards 😂😂. Hello Gary, Sounds good, let me know when you arrive. Size and contractor will be the key to speed. As you saw, I had a contractor that subbed everything out. Not sure if you have found a contractor yet, but: In my opinion, that is quicker than having one crew onsite for the entire build. I believe focused expertise is quicker, more efficient, and will produce much better quality than one crew of half dozen guys trying to do master every trade for a build. Congratulations on finishing, it looks great. You should not need to be on the house papers to get a bank account, but it should help. The biggest hurdle is usually finding an associate or manager that knows that you can get an account and what paperwork they need to do with you. I think it would be easier in a big city. Good luck, be patient and grateful, and smile no matter the outcome. If you persist and are nice about it, you’ll get there. I think you already talked to the bank (if I remember correctly), so I’m sure it will go fine, but for anyone else out there…

I have an account with BKK Bank already, but the closet branch is 1+ hr away, and because I opened it in BKK they charge fees for everything. I have been transferring into Sompit's local account and then she pulls the money from the ATM, all with 0 fees, so I will do the same. However, after 3 visits to her bank they are still telling me I have to be on a house book. Such s life!

Where did you buy the motor for your electric gate? Also if the WiFi is not that strong, try looking at a WiFi booster or it may be problems with the internet. Last question...if you don't want to get burgled, don't let the viewers who watch UA-cam know when you are going to Pattaya. There's lots of jealousy people out there..
Bought the motor on Lazada. I had a booster in the US, have not looked for one here yet, but will if needed. Yes, I had considered this, and was careful not to do it in the US.
