    If you push too hard youre gonna hurt your shoulder blades in the long run as seen here : 1:06 . Be careful with it.

    lower the weight and get better form. You're just gonna hurt yourself but swinging your arm like that, and you're not even working your shoulders anymore. You're just using your forearm to swing your arm up. You're not even hitting anything
