    The older I get the more I realize just how lucky and blessed I am to have a body beautiful and strong. I was always arrogant and thought so highly of myself, now I realize health is such a gift and one should never take pride in themselves only be grateful.

    Yes, this is something I'm trying to make better. Eating later at night and going to bed with a full stomach. Trying to change that for the better as I totally agree that going to bed with a lighter stomach is much better for the health.

    As a kid I always learnt to leave a 2-3 hour gap between dinner and sleep.. parents told me to walk a bit if i had to sleep early and not just drop in bed with a full tummy.
    not sure where this full stomach advice came from but that too has its place... not in today's world though.

      It’s true. Out of all the things that could happen in this whole spinning globe … that’s been doing it forever. We pop up at a point in time. And we speak
      Like this across the miles. And we will good awakening’s for each other as we strive to satisfy our inner drive to be humane everywhere every area of living that pops up.. and all for the other guy… well what the heck is sweeter than that going on on earth today. Well ok we like for everyone to be doing it and living it each moment. That’s after we get finished correcting ourselves enough to frolic in living w no burdens of I’ll thought around ourselves in reflection. So yea be crazy thankful we have this now moment and the next and next. Because that’s all that’s been give us and we can fill it with any interpretation we choose.       General guideline is much as possible eat food grown locally, if you have to eat non vegetarian eat seafood as they have the simplest genetic code to break and assimilate. Also avoid/minimize rajasic food - Onions, Garlic, coffee, tea etc. There is an entire video on foods to avoid. Fresh raw fruits and vegetable have higher Prana(life energy) and most conducive. Soaked nuts and seeds increase the digestion and better than raw. Also Sadhguru always says never to get obsessed with too many rules- eating in gratitude, happy and conscious is more important that eating 'right'. More awareness you bring in the body will guide you more on what it needs. Best wishes.

    Sadhguru i am from nepal and i have some problem that i have been facing for 6 years ...there is joint pain almost always in my body...characterstically sharp pain in chest ..there is almost always headache and muscle pain...i have consulted many of the doctors but there is no hope ...i haven't yet diagnosed..please suggest me how to deal with this problem sadhguru.

    Can I ask please?
    I eat little in comparison to most, so I think I need to be conscious of what foods I partake in, due to not having a large amount, maybe I need to be high in one source of foods more than any other, is this correct and if so please tell me what foods I should be eating and what times of day for each kind of foods please?

    What was i supposed to get from this complilation? Eat at the "correct" time? Simple! What times are those? Who knows! Pay a specialized instructor to teach you a hyper specific discipline? Simple! Cleanse the five elements within your system? Simple! Who hasn't done that already? All the cool kids are cleansing the five elements in their system.

      You cannot learn everything in 8min 46sec he gave you topics now if you want it search about it. If you will watch his enough videos in this channel you will get to know everything that he is talking about. And the correct time to eat the food is between sunrise and sunset i.e when the sun is present don't eat at night. There is so much more to it but I cannot explain it in a single comment. So go search it for yourself.
