The practice today was the right one for me! I am learning to enjoy the breath of fire...it just takes me a bit longer & at a slower pace. The energy between my hands was something that I did not experience before until today! Thank you for a great practice!!

Loved this session! The first part was quite challenging for my arms but managed it all way through. The last part with fire breath and ball of energy was absolutely amazing! Thank you Brett for another great class!
This was as challenging as the last but what I noticed was a significant change in my attitude towards the parts that were tougher for me to get through. There was less judgement about how good or bad I was and more feeling into my body and the feel of the asana.
This felt so amazing! 😃 I need those lumbar twists every day, and I felt so centered and exuberant after this practice! Usually, I feel happily drained but can barely walk. Today I feel so excited about my future that I’m making a berry kale smoothie now! I am so humbly grateful that you made this challenge free for us who can’t afford membership. I really needed this! So great! I'm a reiki practitioner and I actually did some reiki on myself this morning as part of my meditation practice. This video just helped to seal that in even further.
It was also a great warm up for my workout and then more yoga afterward.

This was great! Especially the meditation (with breath of fire) at the end. All the detox videos are very good but this one is my favorite so far. I am doing the whole 8 days. I was a bit grumpy at the beginning (detoxing the mind) but now I'm starting to feel wonderful. Thank you Brett. Fantastic job! Greetings from Austria.

I really like your yoga detox challenge, I always wanted to find my way to yoga and your vids are more enjoyable than the ones I've seen from others before ^-^
I don't know if in this is on purpose but this video is covered in an yellow layer, I first thought it was because of my computer, but the other videos are fine.

This was an excellent practice!! I adore Kabalabhati and am glad you incorporate it so much. I'm not sure how often you can get to answering questions here, but just in case: On your own time, do you prefer Kabalabhati timed cycles or counted cycles? I was initially taught 3 rounds of 36 breaths, to complete 108 breaths. I haven't researched this extensively yet and would appreciate your take on it as I begin my research. Thank you!

I'm not sure that I am engaging the right part of my abs for breath of fire..I am not feeling any burn and I run out of breath quickly. Any tips?
