I reviewed this flow last night, and I admit I felt fear; I felt as if the practice was above my level; I felt self-doubt. I got up this morning and decided to brave it out. I WAS ABLE TO FOLLOW THE PRACTICE AND THE BREATH!!! I feel so open and clean and refreshed and bright! Thank you for this flow!!!

I am late to this series but just getting into it and LOVE it. I started with your Greatist Morning Yoga for Beginners and have progressed to this series. Im getting back on my feet after cancer surgery and this is the perfect way to not only regain my physical health but my mental health. I feel better (and calmer) already! Thank you Brett!!
After the first five minutes of this one I started getting anxiety about the challenge being too advanced for me, but as the video went on I realized I'm more than capable of all these poses thanks to the other videos I've been doing. I've only been practicing for two months and already I feel like I could take on most classes and practices. Thanks for making yoga so accessible!

As an unfit lady it's always tempting to do the modifications but I always try and challenge myself to do the hard stuff and something about your tone and voice and is so encouraging and motivating that even though I'm alone in my apartment doing the routine I feel supported and encouraged! THANK YOU!!! 😍 I have to admit, I was NOT in the mood for yoga, or any kind of movement for that matter whatsoever. After a really, really active weekend, I was still pretty tired all day, so for a little while I tried to convince myself that I should just rest today instead. Looking back now, I might have done so possibly also because I'm generally not the biggest fan of core workouts. I love working my legs and booty, but core. Nah. Also, those comments of how challenging it would be didn't exactly help. 🙈 But then my boyfriend left for the gym while I was kind of cranky and in a bad mood (basically throwing myself a pity party), and that got me thinking about how good your practice made me feel yesterday. And so I rolled out my mat... And the magic happened. Or just a lot of detoxing, one of the two. 😂 Wow, Brett, I LOVED this class, and I feel AMAZING now! Thank you so much for this awesome challenge and lots of love from Germany! ❤

I haven't been on the mat for a week and boy! was this rough as a getting-back-to-it first day. I was all modifications today, and it was still totally energizing and I feel great now. Love breath of fire - makes me feel amazing. Thanks Brett! xo

I am in dire need of core work so was really pleased to find this class and yet had to pause and switch to something else when I first tried it yesterday! This time it went well for me and I'll probably do it again. As I do yoga first thing in the morning (and need it to work on my weak abs and tight hip flexors) going straight into the intense sun sals was too much, too fast. I need to first wake up the body and the abs more gently with breath of fire or agnisara to enjoy the rest of the sequence.
Absolutely, wake the body up gemtly before trying the intense stuff. So glad you are listening to your body💖
I finished the 8 day challenge and decided to do it over again because I liked it so much. Day 2 is really a thorough but short ab challenge, perfect for the second day. I love the progression culminating in 7 and 8. i had to do 7 several times because it felt transforming and I plan on it being a regular health practice.i decided to experience the whole progression again and I like it even more in fact I am appreciating a deepening as the movement becomes more familiar.

Im so grateful for finding my way to your channel 3 weeks ago. Every mornings since then, I start it with your yoga and I feel incredible. You really manage to transfer the special moment yoga really is, through the computer screen. I feel alive in every part of my physical and mental body every day.

I started this challenge, a few weeks ago, but restarted it yesterday. woooo. Today was tough, but great. and I do feel energized. I love this.
Good to have a option for the first part, I needed it.
This was amazing! My shoulders were already sore from yesturday's class and I'm positive they'll be even more sore tomorrow. But am I complaining? Not one bit! Although I found it very challenging (especially the first few minutes), I loved it! Thanks again, Brett
I just did this for the first time almost 2 years after you released it Brett, as Im just discovering you now and this was INCREDIBLE! The best Yoga ab workout ive ever done! Some definite emotional release after the first ab work out I wanted to cry and also after the last breathing technique but just felt too happy and energised! Thank you!

Hard but rewarding! As an extremely unfit man, who is very new to yoga, I didn't think this challenge would be for me; but I've really enjoyed the first two days.
Without you saying"don't give up keep going" I can't even do it. It is that hard. I almost couldn't do the end pose because already at the end we are tired, right?
I didn't do the variation on the end pose because, did you see my comment yet? I said it was to intense. Even without doing the variation, it was too intense for the end.
Brett please send a comment to steady health that we don't have belly fat anymore but we do have other health problems that are more important to solve first.
The triangle pose was a reward at the end? Phew, it was so intense. I think that different kind of breath made it even more intense. It was almost too much.
I thought this video is not gonna be too intense, I knew it was going to be a tiny bit intense, but not too much. Thank you for helping me to not give up.
This session went quick! I liked the alternate option for the first pose and needed an alternate option in the sphinx pose ... so I just lifted to my knees. Thanks! I enjoyed the fire breath and meditation.

Really love the afterglow from the breath of fire. Very nice. I actually use this series whenever I feel like I am coming down with a cold or bug along with some spine wringing and lots of veggies - so far it does the trick!

Wow! This really made me shake! It was a great feeling though. I love the breath of fire, it gets easier the more I practice. I am just new in yoga so the sequence goes a bit fast for me. But your encouragements during the session keep me on the mat, doing the exercise no matter what! And like the others, I enjoyed the breath of fire. My whole spine was evenly warm!

I have to admit, I am totally hooked! Doing the detox and the sculpt challenge at the same time because I enjoy it so much. it helps build my sense of empowered too, as a yogi with a very sore lower back who had to give up a lot of other things because of it.. Thanks heaps, Brett.

I always had problems to work my core because I was not very friendly with my body during so many years. But today you helped me thanks to all your comments during the practice. I think I gonna add some of this beautiful movements to my personal practice because for the first time of my life, I wanna progress in a core workoutwith joy and not because "I have to" !

Very challenging. My abs were totally burning. Better than any ab workout I have done in the past with traditional crunches. I LOVE YOGA! Never going back to the way I use to try to keep in shape. It is so body and mind changing. Yogi for life. Thanks Brett! Namaste.

I love this! I am doing the challenge along with several other work out and yoga routines (Zuzka Lite, Beauty Ballet, cexersize Trinity and Yoga w/ Adrienne. Along with a clean eating, vegetarian diet. I'm doing it to prepare for my wedding in March and a new job Jan. 3rd. I love your routines specifically because they are more advanced than I am used to and I love learning new breathing techniques! I'm so excited I found you. New fan for life!
I really loved this! I think I've been building my abs outwardly instead of inwardly by accident, and have been feeling badly about it. I had trouble finding a core video I could get through today, and this was just perfect. The stretches you do in between the exercises feel great, and your reminders of exactly HOW to hold the core in are very helpful. Namaste!

This was very nice and different. Heart was pounding at the end of the down dog breath sequence. My thumbs keep missing each other at the end of the kundalini breathing when you draw them together overhead!

This video prevented me from falling into a food coma! However, would not recommend immediately after eating a lot of chicken alfredo. I should've maybe taken a short break. But thank you, I feel so energized!

Wow. I tried the first down dog-plank-up dog piece as the more difficult version, but it was just to fast for me, but when I switched and did the version from the knees, it was much more doable. Tough, but great. Thank you!
Wow day 2 of this challenge was so amazing. I am totally numb and tingly all over it is awesome. I did this full challenge over a year ago and have come back to some of the practices intermittently through the year. Loved it and I am ready for day 3 tomorrow. Thank you so much- Namaste!

Very challenging for me, especially the killer backbends! But something my abs really need,, so will revisit to get stronger. The breathing too is difficult as my rhythm is slower than yours. I found it easier to do when you were speaking so I didn't hear your breath! But again, as the challenge goes on, hopefully I will get there. Love the spring like pillows and your gorgeous outfits too.. Thank you so much for all you have put into this for us. Namaste!
Definitely go slower than me in the breathing if in works better for you. I never know if doing it so you guys hear it is helpful or distracting. Find your pace and definitely slow it down a lot as needed :) xoxo

I am enjoying the Yoga Detox challange. I just found you on youtube yesterday(April 28, 2016) and i just jumped right in doing your yoga detox challange. I have been practicing yoga now for 3 years, but i usually do vinyasa flow, or flexibility yoga, and other types of yoga, but on occasion i have done a detox yoga, but i am definately into this style of yoga as well. So, thank you and can't wait to continue doing the practice with you.

Intense but rewarding. I have abs of steel. I was able to finish the three rounds of breath of fire, but I had to go to child's pose for a bit. The last hand pose - fist with left hand surrounding it was BEAUTIFUL! Namaste and thank you

Great. Loved the down dog-exhale progression. Challenging but energizing. I have some breathing allergies, so I'm interested to see if this type of forceful breathing we did will help me. I feel my breathing clearer now.
