my grandmother never brushed her teeth as a child and has PERFECT teeth. she’s also aging extremely well and people often think she’s my mother. (she’s 63, looks around late 40s).
i definitely agree that it’s due to her diet and lifestyle at the time. she grew up poor only eating vegetables, rice, and fish (when they could catch). she also said they would just rinse their mouth at the beach, so maybe the saltwater did something too.

Baby teeth and sugar make a HUGE difference on facial growth. People started and still; do give their kids cheap sugary food that ruins the teeth. And yes, even middle and upper class people do it too. Those expensive organic grain bars and fruit pouches are full of sugar. Then when the kids start to have tooth decay, and or loose their molar teeth too early, the parents dont get concerned because they dont think baby teeth really matter because they fall out anyway. WRONG! Baby teeth are super important because they hold the space open for the permanent teeth to grown into when the childs mouth has developed enough. When baby teeth go too soon, the gum space starts to closeup and shrink. Then when the new teeth come in, they are crowded and the gums start to deform due to not having enough space to grow in properly.

Ahh? I had the cutest straight and perfect baby teeth. But after it fell off, my whole teeth is disaster not a single teeth is where it should be. I was a healthy baby and ate healthy foods. While at the time to grow the teeth, I used to get sick all the time and my healthy diet decreased down a lot. I'd get hospitalized a lot. Maybe that's why I have very misplaced crooked teeth and my jaw isn't developed properly? I just learnt something new today.

It can be correlate with the others data cause "modern" people tend to bottle feed more so the jaw is already not stimulated properly since the begging of the life

They diagnosed the problem early on and implemented the techniques in our little sister, Breathing through your nose, good tongue & back posture, and natural falling of teeth is essential, health care is affordable in our country, so we would often get teeth removed from a doctor, big mistake, every time I would go for a check-up doctors were like we need to remove her tooth its's late for her age, wrong! I’m a twenty year old female and I have sucked my thumb since I was a baby, haha.
I never realised how badly it affected my teeth and jaw until I was referred to an orthodontist at 11, I had years of retainers to correct my overbite as well as 4 years with braces afterwards to correct my “vampire canines”. My orthodontist told me that all four of my canines had grown in completely backwards too!
Apparently you do most of your growing at night, so I’m assuming that’s why it affected my teeth so much. Moral of the story, don’t let your kids suck their thumb it’s not harmless!

For facial features, tongue posture is the most important factor, when i was young around 0-8 i used to have a very good jawline, square face and a good ass maxilla, (we could clearly see bones under my eyes), but when i growth idk why i stopped breathing with my nose so my tongue wasnt on the palate, and i even had a shit posture. I was really wondering why young kids had good facial structure, then i heard about mewing and good tongue posture and body posture, so now im 14, and im having back the good tongue and body posture. Chewing is good for the outer « U » which means the outer U shape your lower jaw (mandible) makes on a selfie for example.
But you also need to get a good inner U which is the upper jaw (maxilla) and the only way to get it is through intense constant mewing, also you need a relative good base in terms of palatal width otherwise it will not work.
A lot of ppl, especially men focus on getting a big jaw and chewing but if you are purely looking for aesthetics, than im telling you that maxilla > mandible. Because training the mandible will only give you a big jaw, while training the maxilla will give you beautiful lips, smile, nose, eyes, cheekbones, eyebrow shape and much more. Good maxilla is also a lot more rare than good mandible

i was actually wondering about this yesterday, does our association of well aligned teeth to fertility actually have truth to it?
conventionally beautiful people do seem to be generally healthier...are they or does it just seem so

Would you ever analyze the Doctor Mike? While he's not a celeb, he grew sooooo much popularity with his looks and so fast! But what I find rude is that most people first ask if he's actually a doctor. I assume because of how good looking he is, how can he be that "smart"?

I have the ugliest teeth ever. I can’t pay for braces yet but it’s my biggest insecurity. I eat a lot of traditional foods because my mom cooks foods from where we’re from, Sudan, and she has perfectly straight teeth and has never had braces. I can’t wait till I can get braces.
