    I’m happy Abdulah so much weight. I went on a diet similar to vegan called Whole Foods plant-based. I did it to lower my cholesterol which worked but I also lost weight: 50 pounds I was not expecting any weight loss.
    It was good that I lost the weight. I’m still down about 40 pounds and this is seven years later.
    It’s really quite easier I would say after the transition. It takes time to find the foods one likes learn how to cook them.
    To do it right one must learn about nutrient tracking which I did.
    One of the problems vegans can have when they first become vegan is not eating enough calories.
    I wasn’t perfect on nutrition, but eventually, I started eating on a regular basis all the appropriate vegetables and fruits and the amounts of that. For me it’s about habit.
    It’s nice to hear weight loss stories on veganism, especially chefs. When they make food that can keep the calories down that’s better for not just them, but for everybody who eats their food.❤

    Thanks for this. ❤ Over the years my Vitamin D levels have been zero 0️⃣ and my cholesterol levels average 40-50, however, I never had the symptoms that are associated with these numbers #.
    Three years ago I had a miscarriage after which I started gaining a lot of weight. Abdul you’re a winner 🎉🎉🎉

      @@rondebiase4643 This is the Vitamin D3 K2 supplement I am taking. Since the dosage is quite high, I recommend you only take it twice a week. You can take it on Monday and Friday. Alternatively, you can take it three times a week, like I do-on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. It's important to stay within the required range of 30-100, so adjusting the intake this way will help manage the dosage properly.

    Hi there. Thanks for the videos. I'm curious. Are there any remedies to reduce your thyroid or goiter?

    • @LIFEOFVEGANKINGZZ
      @LIFEOFVEGANKINGZZ Місяць тому +1

      Seamoss, but please check with your doctor. If a person have any autoimmune disease it may cause issues. So always consult with your doctor or do it at your own risk like I did lol🙏🏾

    • @LIFEOFVEGANKINGZZ
      @LIFEOFVEGANKINGZZ Місяць тому

      1. **Sea Moss**: Rich in iodine, which is essential for thyroid function.
      2. **Ashwagandha**: An adaptogenic herb that can support thyroid hormone production.
      3. **Selenium**: Found in Brazil nuts, selenium is crucial for the conversion of thyroid hormones.
      4. **Zinc**: Important for thyroid function, found in pumpkin seeds, oysters, and beef.
      5. **Vitamin D**: Supports immune function and thyroid health, available from sunlight, supplements, and foods like fatty fish and fortified dairy.
      6. **Coconut Oil**: Contains medium-chain fatty acids that may support thyroid health.
      7. **Turmeric**: Has anti-inflammatory properties that may benefit thyroid function.
      8. **Probiotics**: Found in yogurt, kefir, and fermented foods, they support gut health, which is linked to thyroid function.
      9. **Bladderwrack**: A type of seaweed high in iodine, supporting thyroid function.
      10. **Omega-3 Fatty Acids**: Found in fish oil, flaxseed, and chia seeds, they support thyroid health and reduce inflammation.
      Always consult with a healthcare provider before starting any new supplements or remedies, especially if you have a thyroid condition or are on medication.

    Almost all the bread at the store is heavily processed and it’s white bread usually. That’s very unhealthy, but I’ve eaten whole wheat bread and I’ve baked it at home. It can be healthy as well as whole wheat pasta.
    Studies with show carbohydrates are unhealthy are looking at people who eat any type of carbohydrate and those people are usually eating heavily processed foods that aren’t in the whole wheat form.
    I wanted to add that even consuming healthy bread too much of it, well cause weight gain and part of the strategy during weight loss is to not eat too much bread even if it’s healthy type
    Good luck to everybody❤

    How do you naturally get vitamin D

    • @LIFEOFVEGANKINGZZ
      @LIFEOFVEGANKINGZZ Місяць тому

      Here are some natural sources of Vitamin D:
      1. **Sunlight**: The most effective natural source. Spending 10-30 minutes in the midday sun several times a week can help your body produce Vitamin D.
      2. **Fortified Plant Milks**: Many brands of almond, soy, oat, and rice milk are fortified with Vitamin D.
      3. **Fortified Orange Juice**: Some brands of orange juice are fortified with Vitamin D.
      4. **Fortified Cereals**: Many breakfast cereals are fortified with Vitamin D. Check the labels to find vegan-friendly options.
      5. **Mushrooms**: Certain types, such as maitake and portobello, provide Vitamin D, especially if exposed to sunlight or UV light.
      6. **Supplements**: Vegan Vitamin D supplements, usually derived from lichen, are available if natural sources are insufficient.
