This lady absolutely knows what she's talking about. I went vegan six months ago, and at the same time quit taking all my prescriptions, quit alcohol, marijuana and cigarettes. Up sitting beside a bed in a room fighting back my tears. It hit me when she said she had a talk with her mother. Hearing her what if she was deaf, blind or couldn't read. Two children with special needs, illiterate adults, and ignorance surrounds me. Freedom and justice to live freely without the restraints of the systemic noises. This is for me, hearing a peace, a different sound of truth. Thank you for this monumental freedom to survive. I will be listening to you to make this my foundation.

I had to pause the video to make a comment, mind you I’m only 7 minutes in. She said some realness about when mothers give birth and they take the baby away to the nursery. As a mother of 4 this hit my soul. My only child(#4) that wasn’t taken away from me is the one I have the closest bond with. All my other kids were taken away for the first 12 hours or more, that time is CRUCIAL for maternal bonding 😔

The system was built broken. However we humans have not stood up for ourselves and in turn have lost a lot of who we are. That is where we have created this reality, the parts we don't find comfortable with is still our responsibility for allowing.
I breastfeed so I demanded that my baby stay in my room with me. They even went so far as to try and send me home and keep my baby. Telling me she would be ok, and that they would give her formula. I told them over my dead body!

She was ahead of her time! She saw the truth as a young woman that some of the most intelligent people on the planet will never see. Im a whole foods high raw high carb low fat vegan myself, and i agree 100% of what she said about people not eating enough fruit. I start thr day with room temperature water then about 20 30 min later i will eat as much fruit as i want throughout the day then for dinner i will typically eat salad and some sort of starch with no oil. Once in awhile ill have sweets, but they are always vegan and oil free. I try to eat gluten-free, but i still eat whole grain bread from time to time. I get a very good fermented sourdough that is out of this world!

Both of my children were given to me after giving birth twice …. Soon as I started talking to my babies they were alert smiling and looking at me… such a beautiful blessed experience. ❤ Been vegan 🌱 for 14 yrs now.

I turned off this interview with what sounded like conspiracy theories being discussed but something said go back and give her a chance. Overall, I came out feeling blessed to have listened to all that she represents. I will be listening to her. She touches on my view of spirituality and our connections with earth, animals, people, and our own selves. She is a beautiful soul living her divine purpose and in doing so is a blessing to us all. Many of us thought she may have been some conspiracy theorist, but something about her spirit encouraged us to hear her out, and even consider re- positioning our angle on the topic even if we previously thought of it as a conspiracy---that's a gift of communication! Her mission here is to lift the frequency of all around her, educate others firmly yet gentle about how to live a healthy life, understand how to be our most authentic selves, and just be! She nails it about the plant based diet; it is foundational for an awakening and consistent sense of wholeness. Loved hearing this master lesson!

Meanwhile, did u know where the term conspiracy theory came from? it came from the Brookings institute by way of the FBI as a derogatory descriptor for the people who leaked the idea that the Warner commissions report on the JFK assassination. it turned out that the people who knew that the story was not as it was being told were labeled conspiracy theorists to get them to quiet down. let that sink in. an actual conspiracy was swept under the rug and glossed over with this verbiage and the struggle continues. just because u don't have the data to parse a rap does not mean it is a "conspiracy theory". dismissing what u don't want to accept will not do in this time. time to grow up.

I've been praying/ asking God to help me with my lifetime of depression/ anxiety and lately I've caught myself questioning the food,.weirdly the meat I've been consuming...this video pops up I usually wouldn't click on something like this because to be honest I've never considered not eating meat..I am addicted to it and all the bad alcohol,.sugar, etc. I alsl asked God to please help me with my energy I feel so weak all the time, I want to be a more present mother like actually be able to enjoy my daughter without depression getting in my way. going vegan was the best thing that I did now my wife still eats fried chicken and all the food people love my Daughter looked at me on Sunday dinner and asked me dad your not hungry and I told her I was vegan. I was 300 pounds before I changed to vegan now I am 187.4 pounds. Eating chicken just started to bother me I would find my self asking my self what was the chickens life like and I felt bad. Now I feel like like I can fly God Bless you all.

It was nice to see my sister still teaching and bringing light to our culture, I first met Adama in the 80's west end Atlanta.
She has over the years been an inspiration to me in so many ways, and by now revisiting with her on this video after not seeing her for 30+ years I can attest that she is as true and correct as the first day I met her, It's always nice to go back and revisit the people you knew and what they stood for and evaluate the journey. She's amazing cell regeneration is where it's at . I did this eight years ago and I was a completely different person. I felt and looked 20 years younger. I fell off the wagon but have just started again and in just a few days I can feel the difference. I will keep going. The interveiwer needs to just listen and realise that he's with a master teacher and she's the one.
What you all fell to understand is I interview a lot of people just like adama who are as you say master teachers. So when I ask questions or try to get clarification it's because I want to dig deeper or maybe she said something that was inconsistent with what the other Masters are saying. Appreciate and respect that because that's what this channel is about. No one person knows it all and if ever they think they do or anyone thinks they do he probably need to get away from that person. So I ask questions to learn because I don't know it all and if someone says something that's completely out of line with the totality of evidence I might question that. Exactly what part of the video did you have a problem with?

Hello everyone, I understand that the wonderful Adama may have said some challenging things that are very different than many of my other interviews. Please understand, I work to include anyone vegan and/or vegan forward and what she shares here is what lead her to be so inquisitive and this ultimately brought her to veganism and helping others on their way to being the best they can be. If you find some of the ideas in this interview to be edgy in some way keep listening and I think you'll find that she has tremendously beautiful energy, is deeply introspective, intuitive and very self actualized. She, like every one on my channel, deserves to be on this platform. I hope you will listen with an open mind and heart and find this unique soul to be an invaluable part of the community and mix here. I have many more interviews already edited and scheduled to be published, many more that I've shot recently I still need to edit, and many more that I have on my itineraries to shoot next. There is tremendous diversity of vegans out there. It is this diversity that even legitimizes veganism more. I can't make everyone happy all of the time. I just got back from driving 18 hours one way to Texas where I was gone for almost 3 weeks doing 25 interviews and 7 presentations. Prior to that I drove 15 hours to Iowa, then 4 hours to Chicago, then another 5 hours to Detroit before driving back 16 hours. Next I'm going to Washington for 4 days to wrap up October 2022 shoots. Then in November Richmond Virginia for more and hopefully I'll have it in me and the budget to drive to Boston for more awesome vegans I want to get in the mix. Then in December I hope to finish the year off with a drive down to Florida, maybe closer to January for a very special follow up interview with Paul Chatlin. :)

I have a lot of interview I haven't released yet that really free flow I'm excited to share. I'm spacing these out now to only one or a few a week so I can have a more manageable and consistent pace. It also helps me take them to another level sometimes. I noticed a couple of mistakes in this video. Hopefully I won't have those as much in future ones. It takes so much time I haven't been able to really proof them and usually I just run with a rough draft. But now that I pace things it gives the interviewee time to at least proof them. But even still they may not see a mistake like I would... there's always a way to make things better...

So despite that some people will not understand her in this moment please stay the course when showcasing geniuses like her. Growth means being uncomfortable sometimes! There's videos I did not understand until revisiting years later. She is probably 10 yrs ahead on food talk, and when she said "Cosmic Citizenship" I was like, whoa she might be 20 to infinity years ahead of where humanity will need to go in order to thrive! I’m not sure why people would think she is a conspiracy theorist at the beginning of the video or in general when she is speaking the absolute truth around the thoughts related to basically dumbing down the black population and everything she touched upon in between. If you know history, and you’re really paying attention to our current world, then you know what she is saying is truth/facts. This conversation was truly wonderful to listen to. I practiced the Dr. Sebi Alkaline Vegan Methodology from 2016 to just before COVID and that's the most clarity I've ever had in my life.
I was told it was all in my head. Damn straight, it was all in my head!
Maybe there's something to what she is talking about grains and beans not sure, but can see a benefit to a sustainable cleansing diet then reintroducing back in some whole grains and legumes. Particularly for men I think those are going to be important for getting a bit larger and stronger and being satiated at that weight, which isn't a necessity for men obviously, but it's more desirable for men. Breaking fast with fruits actually sounds like something I'll try because I often skip breakfast or eat oatmeal and I think it will be easier for me to get down a lighter breakfast that improves my overall nutrition.

I love all of this. I'm just starting my journey all over again. I'm super excited, but some ppl around me can be so discouraging. I'm told often that I should be eating meat and not so much fruit because it contains too much sugar. Smh. We've all been lied to for so long that we actually believe these crazed doctors.
Wait a minute, are doctor saying you need to eat meat or the people around you as in friends and family? Are the people around you doctors saying this? There's a lot of doctors that actually get it these days, I have plenty on my channel. The ones that don't get it are mostly UA-camr doctors or ones that haven't read the literature

Thank you Niiji Adama!!!! Growing up knowing who they were and what they were about, made me look like I was crazy because I didn't eat what others around me ate. My kindergarten schoolteacher forced me to eat the greens the school cooked and I got sick and had a severe nosebleed. Even as a 5-year-old, I could smell the death in those greens and told my teacher there was meat in there and I could not eat it but she as an adult forced me to eat it and told my mother that she didn't know what was wrong with me. I told my mom something was "stinky" in the greens. Because I don't consume most of what society consumes, I have been called vegetarian, vegan, weird, and anything else but who I AM "child of THEE LIVING FATHER."
Total truth warrior! So inspiring! Yes the fruits, herbs, enemas and fasting will help regenerate you at the cellular level, it is true. Nature is always there for us if we just follow her ways!

I truly enjoyed this interview. I work over night and find myself watching Netflix or movies all night. Tonight Ms.Adama interview started after I watched another previous one. I did not realize until I was almost done with the interview I had come across her a week ago but did not delve in. I also am in a place in life where Ive been eating vegan and craving cleansing and healing.
When I started my journey it was to finally get pregnant. I used to listen to a beautiful lady on UA-cam and Queen Afu. It was not just about not eating animals. It was about our spirit and connecting with ourselves and being one with the universe. Honoring ourselves and our temple. I was so at peace. THIS!!!! This is what it's about. I'm so glad we were introduced to Adama. It felt like she brought more to the interview than the interviewer could keep up with or was ready for. It's about so much more than the animals. I felt that maybe he started catching up a little towards the end. But regardless, great interview. Love and light shown all the way through this interview. I did like that the interviewer sought to understand what she meant. Because it turn it helped the audience grasp on as well if they didn't understand. Kudos to you both.
I try to ask questions whether I know the answers or not to get them to elaborate and she was very verbose so much so that after asking the first question I had to stop her an hour and a half later and start the interview over. I was pretty exhausted because I left very early that morning to do a 5-hour drive and conduct an interview before this one. Then I have to wait for her to be ready so this is like a very long day. I have to do all this by myself setting up the cameras coming up with questions traveling editing all free all alone. So typically I'm trying to get certain questions answered so I can use them in the future for certain types of videos I would like to construct. And Adama meandered a little more than I wanted her to but I knew it was cool so I just kind of let her flow as much as I could handle.
I first inter-acted with Sista Adama in the early 90's. She's always been her authentic sacred self. She is ageless, timeless brilliance, divine feminine energy personified. I am blessed to rediscover her in a time such as this.

I have had an stomach ulcer for 9 years. I changed the way I eat an Glory To God I feel so much better. I will keep my course an not be hard headed. I gave up white sugar an white flour all dairy an eat fresh fruit an lots of vegetables no process foods an lost alot of weight I wasn't overweight but the pounds I lost made me feel better. I wouldn't worry about coffee too much as long as you don't drink too much of it and you don't drink it too late and aren't putting anything bad in it like Dairy. However some people may be more genetically inclined to not do as well with coffee so if you feel like you may be one of those people then it may very well be a good idea to ditch it. Also as long as you're not using it as a substitute for healthier things like exercise, lack of sleep, healthy eating, or other ways of getting energy. Best wishes in your endeavors!
