I'm so glad you called out AG1. All the influencers were starting to pull me in until I looked at the ingredients and had no idea how much to adjust what I was already taking because there were no quantities.... and then the things it did actually list quantities for weren't particularly noteworthy. Oh and the cost!

    • @AprilInSpringChannel
      @AprilInSpringChannel 7 місяців тому +5

Yeah AG1 is just following e-commerce guidelines and bumping up the cost 4 to 5 times more than necessary for revenue. Some other brands are half as much which is at least reasonable. Much of it is a greens powder with added multi vitamin. AG1 pays their influencers 30$ per sale under their links. Which means they still make a decent profit while paying influencers a good cut. Upping the cost for their customers for marketing costs, basically. But many companies are doing that. Seed is also doing the exact same thing when it’s maybe the most ineffective probiotic. We have to stand by companies we actually love and use and have results from. Not companies that give us a huge cut per sale.

Everywhere this is happening. We need a nutrition revolution. Imagine hospitals, feeding patients nutritious food.
      Lol isn't that common sense?
To US it is, but remember big pharma has a vested interest in keeping patients alive just enough to drain their insurance, etc. Not in healthy people who no longer need their products.
Expensive supplements are not the solution. True food, locally grown is the optimum food for nutrition. One thing that live food has is enzymes ...just wait, this will be the next thing to be in a pill. Enzymes are either destroyed in cooking and processing -OR- non-existent in GMO "food", or from depleted, over worked soil.
They are necessary to breakdown nutrients into the Bio-available form.
Years ago the big food conglomertaes, along with a complicit government, bought out farmers land and eventually stopped farming much of the land- to control pricing, for one. Also, then to grow GMO food, which is basically patented seeds, and glyphosate resistant THEN they can treat fields with glyphosate.
Imagine how uninformed the majority are. I knew farmers who were forced to sell...for one reason or another. They knew something nefarious was going on, but had to sell due to age, health or financial reasons. Then the government offered to pay the holdouts to NOT FARM THEIR LAND. I knew someone who received $$ from the government to not farm on their land.
This is huge because now, generations later, we have lost the knowledge to farm naturally., i.e.. without chemical fertilizer and pesticides, etc.
We are basically inducing our own extinction.
People want to profit from everything, they would take our air and sell it back to us if that were possible. Learn nutrition from food- its really easy. Eat live/raw fruits and veggies every meal. Eat an apple - with the skin on it BEFORE eating a dessert. Can't get much more simple than that. Water, water, water is another necessity- add a few grains of sea salt if drinking purified water, that remineralizes it with electrolytes .
Guess I should have my own channel, lol

For everyone reading this, finding the banned book called “the hidden herbs” by anette ray should be your top priority

    • @dreamyangel1858
      @dreamyangel1858 3 місяці тому

Anette Ray's "Hidden Herbs" has been met with significant criticism from the medical and scientific community. The primary concern revolves around the book's claims that certain herbs can cure or treat a wide range of diseases, including cancer and neuropathy.
Key criticisms against the book include:
Lack of scientific evidence: Many of the claims made in the book are not supported by rigorous scientific research. The book often relies on anecdotal evidence or testimonials, which are not considered reliable sources of scientific information.
Potential for harm: Some of the recommended herbal remedies may interact with prescription medications or have adverse side effects. Relying solely on herbal remedies without consulting a healthcare professional could be dangerous.
Oversimplification of complex diseases: Cancer and other serious illnesses are complex conditions that require multifaceted treatment plans. The book's suggestion that simple herbal remedies can cure these diseases is overly simplistic and misleading.
Promotion of unproven treatments: The book may encourage people to delay or avoid conventional medical treatment in favor of unproven herbal remedies, which could have serious consequences for their health.
It's important to note that while some herbal remedies may have beneficial properties, they should not be used as a substitute for conventional medical treatment. Always consult with a healthcare professional before making any changes to your treatment plan.

I would say try to begin drinking as early as possible so that you have the health benefits lasting for longer. It will also mean you can fit in 20, 25, even 30 beers if you try to consume through a 16 hour window as that works out to only one beer every half an hour! which is great if your planning on working, driving or looking after the wee ones.

    • Gamma rays and electrons: About 7 cm (2.8 inches) of lead would suffice.
    • High-energy muons: You would need approximately 10 meters (32 feet) of lead, which is highly impractical.

OH - and its NOT breaking the bank! 💥 POW!!!

I just finished my first month on the full Bluprint stack and I'd recommend it, partially.
Well, I didn't eat all of the "pudding" and blueberry and nut mix. (The latter I can do myself). I also continued my AG1 (yikes!).
I'm already an intermittent faster and low carb, semi-keto person.
First, the Blueprint stack is kind of difficult for intermittent fasting since they recommend doing it with food and starting earlier in the day, which is not my schedule. I do all of it after dinner.
I'd say, overall, I've felt an increased level of mental awareness and increased energy levels. More of the former, less of the latter.
The olive oil is great, but I can source my own olive oil. The pudding is a hassle to make and the blueberry nut mix seems easily reproduceable. However....
The rest of the stack seems pretty effective after one month. It's hard to quantify the effect, but I feel more "awake." I'm not doing anything I couldn't do before, but I don't have that tired friction slowing me down on a lot of projects that are all mental. I have more mental endurance.
Physically, I haven't really felt any changes. I work out for about an hour every day (Tony Horton's Power of 4), and I don't feel much of an improvement.
Overall, I am definitely continuing, but probably cutting out a couple items in the stack that I can find for cheaper elsewhere.

This all makes me think about what neuroscience has known for decades - that "the same thing and same routines every day" makes us percieve time as moving a lot faster. For a creature of habit ten years can feel like one. Childhood is a rich experience that feels longer because everything was new almost every dag. In our middle age we have become victims of routine and that's why grandparents wonder what happened after 30. Time just rushed by. To me the key to a long life is not more time clocked - but more experienced in every way. And not just the fun stuff. Grief, loss, failure are important building blocks of a rich life. But you can't make a buck out asking people to feel grief and struggle through sorrow. But it will all make up a rich bed of memories as you inevitably take your last breath.

How many grams of protein do you take a day? Just asking because you look very lean and fit but wondering where you get your protein source from?

What do you mean “where from” he literally lists every gram of everything he eats each day! Jesus.

The two most damaging cosmic rays can be blocked: • HZE Particles:
    • Lead is not optimal due to secondary radiation production. Use hydrogen-rich materials like water or polyethylene, with a thickness of 5-10 meters depending on particle energy.
    • Gamma Rays:
    • Lead is effective. Use a layer of 7 cm (2.8 inches) of lead to block 99% of typical gamma rays.

They do ship to Germany, according to the FAQ on the website. Might be a bit more expensive though

I started watching your videos because I am actually interested as no one has really done what you have done to the extent you have with documentation of your progress and journey. I always use my grandfather as a gold standard for living a life well lived. He smoked like a chimney. I mean easily 2+ packs a day. Not including his cigars and pipe. He never exercised. And had a horrible diet. He passed away at 99. Five years after grandma. With her, probably from second hand smoke. My guess is that he died from broken heart. After she left. He did not do very well. My great auntie didn’t smoke. But she also never exercised and knew nothing about diet. She lived past 110. Last couple of years. She was using a walker because it looked like sea level atmospheric pressure was crushing her into a diamond.

The olive oil tastes amazing. It's the best olive oil I've ever bought. Good job, Bryan.

Bryan, I love your work and I've been incorporating blueprint into my life for about a year now. I have a question for you though: is there any particular reason to have super veggie first vs nutty pudding first? Are there any benefits for that order?
    Thank you.
