I'm 63 and have been vegan for 8 years. Best decision I ever made for my health. I take no medication. I spent 17 years as a caregiver to my elderly parents and my grandmother until their deaths. They all ate the Standard American Diet which debilitated them over time. That is why I changed. I was vegetarian in college but slipped into the Standard American Diet while living back in the family home caring for my loved ones. I'm so glad to see videos like this with so many positive messages about self-care. Thank you for this video. PS Those locs are gorgeous.🧡🧡

I love this video . Healing the mind as well as the body is very important. I was also an abused child mentally and physically. I Thank you so much ! I will share this video . I am enough. Wow ! That’s deep . God is enough for me . I did not learn this until I got married and after 5 years having to end my marriage due to infidelity, dishonesty. But God showed me, my mistakes , and my childhood trauma’s I brought into my adult life . Well after leaving my husband about 6 months later God started my journey on healing , he showed me . 4 years later i am the happiest single women, I am content, and I love me . I am now working on my health, with eating better , exercising , praying , and just enjoying life , traveling around the world.. God bless you real well. Thank you !

Yes, when I was confronted with myself that I'm truly addicted to chicken wings.I wanted to cry because I though I could quit eating what ever I wanted at any time until the time came and I was being haunted by unhealthy foods.

Omgoodness! You are an inspiration to me Harold. I relate to you 100%. I had cancer too and went through pretty much the same things you went through except I wasn’t as successful as you. Had 2 daughters I was raising when I found out I had cancer. Did the research myself and wouldn’t take chemotherapy. Lost my mom who I was very close to. Our stories are very similar. I often asked myself, what am I going to do? I juice now, eat healthier but I wish I knew how to do the podcasts and share my story. I love this stuff you’re sharing with the world. I'm so thankful that I seeing him in the natural light. Because I do follow him because of his juicing I found him in what to not eat and listening to him being so vulnerable sounds like my life minus the father abused or the cancer but everything else like wearing a mask, holding things inside Etc

Mind, soul and spitit is very important prostate cancer is curable change of diet is so important i was Dx with breast ca in 2012 with lymph node, i am still alive, the spirit of a man heals him, you are what you think,words are powerfully they are spirits go out to do good or bad. My friend had prostate cancer had surgery. He took soursop and bay leave and his blood test is zero , he never took any pills.

Doc PCP thinks probably hyperplasia.
How do I get my calcium down.
