We are cooking in a simi truck across the USA . Your you tube Chanel is invaluable! Because of your ( not lengthy) informative and detailed instructions our lives are easier. Thank you very much. I recommend your Chanel and share every opportunity I get. Most other channels are usually a dissertation of the creators life, interests, preferences ect ect,ect before they ever get around to the food and how to cook it. You have no idea how grateful we are for you expertise and efficiency in your detailed instructions.
Catching up on your videos. This one is a great help! We have two large freezers, and one holds meat: beef, pork, poultry, salmon, cod, shrimp. I've been wondering how to handle frozen meat in my Ninja Speedi without first defrosting it. Your clear explanations and demonstrations are tremendously helpful! At our time in life, a low-carb diet is a must for hubby and myself. I appreciate that you present many videos that give quality advice on meats - cooking methods, seasonings, plus recommended thermometer readings and resting time. MY SINCERE THANKS!
Excellent info James. You have become a true Speedi expert, a valuable YTube resource. I tried your wings from frozen method a couple of times and it works great.
I am so glad you mentioned the water and steam "thing." When I first got my Ninja Speedi, the water evaporated sooner than what I thought it should. It was a good thing I checked it when I did, so I added more water. Those wings looked great. Thank you!
You are the Ninja Speedi Guru James! I have been watching your videos since you showed us how to use the Power XL Air Fryer Oven. I always look through your videos whenever I am looking to cook in my Ninja Speedi or Ninja Grill.
Oh wow James, this is brilliant, I haven’t cooked anything frozen yet but have been wanting to, thanks to your video I will be making frozen chicken thighs in my speedi this evening, once again thank you and yours is the best Ninja Speedi Chanel on UA-cam 🙏
So helpful James. Your videos got me using my Speedi successfully. Otherwise it would still be sitting in the closet and we would be missing out on all these wonderful meals!
Some of the most useful content ive seen on youtube keep it up, im actually using my speedi for more than chicken rice and veggies because of these vids.
Great video James… thanks. Wondering if adding extra water would be helpful? When I use the steam and crisp function I always end up with it evaporating. Should we have water left over for a moist cook or would that take away from the crisp? Side note… been doing your smash burgers with the Montreal spice blend, they get great reviews! Cheers
Ninja speedi is best so are your recipes. Love real chicken wing when store has them out you have to cut them to get drum and wing. Way better than fronzen pigeon wing sold by name brand in bag disguised as chinken wing. Great vids and recipes you post .Thanks.
James, I just tried this, with four frozen chicken tenderloins. I said it for 30 minutes at 400 like you said, but I just wanted to let you know that when I checked it halfway through, they were done at that point. Regardless, though, thank you very very much for the advice!
Just watching it back again as want to cook some frozen chicken wings again so thought I’d check, just noticed here in England we have steam/air fry, we don’t have steam/crisp……I guess they do the same thing though don’t they?
Taking the plunge with beef short rib tips. The setting will be on steam/crisp which I think steams for 10 minutes and then air frys for what you set. I'm doing 3 level cooking since bought an extra crisper plate for total 30 minutes. Bottom is diced frozen peppers & onions, little over 2 cups beef broth, 1 cup rice. Middle rack has mixed frozen vegetables bought at bjs maybe 2 cups. Top crisper tray is 4 short beef rib tips. Here goes nothing 🤞
@@CookinWithJames have you seen the new version of this called Combi or something like that. It opens from the front and looks more like a oven. Looks wider and more square but controls are the same
I have yet to cook meat that has come out juicy and tender. I have tried chicken and fish and both dried out so badly they were barely edible. Find the unit to be frustrating to operate.

Yumm! Good right! Thanks

Thanks for replying. My family likes Ball Park's Flame Grilled Beef Patties. Which setting would do best with them fully frozen?
Thanks James for the pointers, looked great 👍. CHEERS 🍻
Thanks for your support! Much appreciated 🙏
Mmmmmm, Very informative James, those wings looked delicious. This is great about the frozen to table in under 30 minutes, keep these videos coming.
You got it. Thanks so much
Excellent. Heipful.. Thank You James
You're welcome!
Thanks, James! I bought a huge bag of chicken wing parts, and now I know how to cook them.
I love your Ninja Kitchen.
Thanks so much 🙏
Have you done stuff cabage rolls or stuff green peppers? Iwill look your meat loaf was great.
Great video James… thanks. Wondering if adding extra water would be helpful? When I use the steam and crisp function I always end up with it evaporating. Should we have water left over for a moist cook or would that take away from the crisp?

Love the smash burgers 🍔. You can use more water. Just not too much more

Yes. Thanks so much for watching
@@CookinWithJames thank you for making me a better cook with the nija speedy

The ninja Speedi is quite literally life changing lol I love it. Thank you for the video 👍
You got it
James looking real good!
Much appreciated
Thank you. I needed this info!
You're welcome!
Hi James just found your old video on spinach and artichoke dip. Can you recreate that in the Ninja Speedi?
Good day! My families favorite roast is a prime rib roast. Do you think it would cook well in the Ninja Speedi? Any suggestions on temp or time?
Ya. It's a mini oven. Same way as in the oven, except 25 degrees less
Hi. I love your videos. Wondering if you think this is a good method for frozen salmon fillets.😊
Absolutely. But you would only cook for about 7 minutes or so maybe less
@@CookinWithJames Thank you!!
Thank you! I've wondered if this was possible as I have not tried it yet. :)
Give it a shot! Much appreciated!
Great info...
what's the best way to get it out of the package when it's still frozen??
Thank you! I'm still trying to figure out the Speedi.
James, I just tried this, with four frozen chicken tenderloins. I said it for 30 minutes at 400 like you said, but I just wanted to let you know that when I checked it halfway through, they were done at that point. Regardless, though, thank you very very much for the advice!
Much appreciated. Ya . Like I said every piece of meat is different!
I'm using thick frozen pork chops. Do I use steam and crisp, or steam and bake?
Crisp
Thanks!
Can you do this with frozen chicken breast too?
I'm always amazed how good my Foodi can cooked frozen steak to perfection in 20 minutes (incl 5 minute warmup) on air fryer
Just watching it back again as want to cook some frozen chicken wings again so thought I’d check, just noticed here in England we have steam/air fry, we don’t have steam/crisp……I guess they do the same thing though don’t they?
4/29/24-Can I fix fully cooked frozen burgers & steam the buns in ninja speedi?
Ya. But you wouldn’t want to steam the buns that will make them wet
Thank you James
You're welcome 😊
James, Do you edit your videos by yourself??
Yes
@@CookinWithJames i would love to edit for you and take the load off your head. What do you think ?
Hello. Do you have the ninja woodfire ?
No. I wish I did
James, where have you been? Missing your ninja speedi techniques .
Busy with work. Trying to get new content out
Have you ever fixed frozen breaded chicken tenders, not using the air fry function?
I have not. But I would use steam and crisp function
