We are cooking in a simi truck across the USA . Your you tube Chanel is invaluable!
Because of your ( not lengthy) informative and detailed instructions our lives are easier. Thank you very much. I recommend your Chanel and share every opportunity I get. Most other channels are usually a dissertation of the creators life, interests, preferences ect ect,ect before they ever get around to the food and how to cook it. You have no idea how grateful we are for you expertise and efficiency in your detailed instructions.

Catching up on your videos. This one is a great help! We have two large freezers, and one holds meat: beef, pork, poultry, salmon, cod, shrimp. I've been wondering how to handle frozen meat in my Ninja Speedi without first defrosting it. Your clear explanations and demonstrations are tremendously helpful! At our time in life, a low-carb diet is a must for hubby and myself. I appreciate that you present many videos that give quality advice on meats - cooking methods, seasonings, plus recommended thermometer readings and resting time. MY SINCERE THANKS!

I am so glad you mentioned the water and steam "thing." When I first got my Ninja Speedi, the water evaporated sooner than what I thought it should. It was a good thing I checked it when I did, so I added more water. Those wings looked great. Thank you!

Great video James… thanks. Wondering if adding extra water would be helpful? When I use the steam and crisp function I always end up with it evaporating. Should we have water left over for a moist cook or would that take away from the crisp?

Taking the plunge with beef short rib tips. The setting will be on steam/crisp which I think steams for 10 minutes and then air frys for what you set. I'm doing 3 level cooking since bought an extra crisper plate for total 30 minutes. Bottom is diced frozen peppers & onions, little over 2 cups beef broth, 1 cup rice. Middle rack has mixed frozen vegetables bought at bjs maybe 2 cups. Top crisper tray is 4 short beef rib tips. Here goes nothing 🤞
