      @@BurpeeGirlLiss It's a combination of health struggles.. (having more breast reconstruction surgery at the end of summer) as well as experiencing some depression and anxiety due to a bad relationship I was unfortunately involved in shortly after my cancer diagnosis. I thought this person was going to lift me up not put me down at my worst moment. I try not to worry my grown children but they are aware that this person is a toxic individual who has become verbally abusive. I have told him to go his own way but refuses to respect my decision. I just want peace in my life again..this past year and a half has been hard after my diagnosis and the situation is not helping any🥹

      Yes Andrea... well health issues (more breast reconstruction at the end of summer) as well as a toxic relationship that has had my anxiety and depression getting worse. I have told him to go his own way and to leave me be but he will not respect my wishes. He's a very narcissistic person. When I was diagnosed with cancer for a year and a half ago I had just started a relationship with him right before diagnosis. I was relieved thinking this person was going to be there for me and take care of me. He began verbally abusive. My children are grown and I don't want them to worry. They're not very fond of him to say the least and want him nowhere near me!. Sorry to ramble on it's just that i don't have any family to talk to
      and my few friends that know are concerned for me. I know I'll be okay but it's very frustrating to think you know someone... And turns out you never really did in the first place?!🥹 Thank you for listening ladies. Xox❤️

      Yes still struggling with breast reconstruction after mastectomy. And found myself unfortunately the hard way in a toxic relationship as I was at my worst.

    Started with this one after my knee injurie. Was the perfect workout, had to adjust two excercices but I made it, more important my knee made it😅. 🔥435. It will take a while before I can join you again with the HITT workouts but eventually I will get there again😊. Have a nice day🌞. Thanks for this workout🌺🌺👋

      When I first started doing her workouts, I always did the marching along with her, but now it's either jogging or some freestyle, so I burn more calories.

    Can you put a countdown timer on a step video maybe and
    a 5000 or 8000 step video that’s plus size friendly because I can’t really bend to clap under my leg or do a Burpee and I’m trying to get 10,000 steps a day at least.

    Tabata você é uma professora maravilhosa que sonho conhecê-la que Deus é seus alunos aqui Brasília tenha muita saúde um grande abraço sorte susseso e muito amor pelos seus alunos eu te amo muito já tive muita saúde já fui adolescentes adolescente e agora engordei muito desrregulei meus hormônios estou 42 anos uma deficiência no meu braço operado coloquei um ferro e depressão desde17 anos tomo remédios fortissimos
