Anna’s muffin recipe is the best muffin you’ll ever try! I made her blueberry streusel muffins and they were so damn delicious! The streusel topping was so crumbly, the muffins had such a tender, melt in mouth crumb and as she said I used the frozen blueberries straight from the frezzer but did remove the excess water and the blueberries didn’t burst, just that the crumble topping did burn (although it was d bottom rack)when I increased the temperature to 180 c( I used an oven thermometer, so I’m sure that was the real temp) so I baked them at 160 c and they came out heavenly!

I just made a tray of 12 and they taste so good! had reduced the sugar to 100g instead of 150g, it's wonderful and so tasty! will be making all of your recipes one by one when I get the time :) want to finish the cake flour i had bought few months back, and also the all purpose flour, cos we are moving out of our place in 2 months! plenty of time to try all these recipes :) Thank you so much!!

I made this but replaced hazelnut butter to peanut butter, tastes freaking good!
If adding raises or chocolate chips..roll them around in some type of flour to keep them from sinking to the bottom of the batter when baking.
