Thanks! Slowly removing the seed oils from my recipes and don’t have them in my house anymore. Fortunately anywhere you need seed oils you can sub avocado oil instead :)

Bob’s Red Mill puts out a sparkling white sugar. I’m not sure why they call it that but it is a coarse ground sugar. That is really amazing on the top of muffins and cookies. Very reasonably priced.
Tq Sam the notes were indeed useful n not to forget the wonderful recipe . I was searching for recipes that is worth to be kept for a long time n on pass to my children n their children haha. Tks God bless you dear.

These muffins came out so moist even with homemade buttermilk since it's not easy to get them from where I'm from. Plus it's just a teeny weeny bit. Yes, indeed moist... maybe, too moist. lol. I followed your instructions. And the batter had still been a bit raw. So, I need to prolong the timeframe of the muffins being in the oven. Though, very moist. I'll definitely use this recipe in the future. Thank you!
Nice recipe it looks delicious, but please to all young cooks out there. There’s absolutely no need to use a potato masher just take a good old fork. It does the same thing.😊
Not sure why it matters so much to leave a comment on what type if mashing is preferred. Great video but I noticed instructions went from using scale to cups.
Currently making these as km typing lol well I have made them their just in the oven had loads of bananas so done 24 of these and also a banana bread and I'm currently toying with the chocolate banana one you have on here they look so so good 😍
I added 100g of sugar total and it was still pretty sweet for me, I’d recommend maybe adding 70g total or so. Also, they were sticking to the paper unfortunately but the flavor was good.

I have noticed that every brand I check out has "natural" flavoring added, whereas the salted butter packaging states that it contains cream and salt. I'd prefer unsalted butter using just cream as the only ingredient. I have made my own before, but using store-bought cream kind of defeats the purpose of a more natural butter. Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated. 😊

Some ovens run hot and cook faster so before adjusting any ingredients I would double check that isn’t the issue and try just shaving a few minutes off the bake time/checking earlier. Oh and be careful not to accidentally over mix the batter that’s another common cause of dry muffins. I hope that helps! 💜

My husband changed his diet and we typically don't have seed oils in the house any more. :)

This is a great recipe, but I think you should use one stick of butter, because 1/3 had my muffins extremely dry 😢
Oh no! If they were dry they most likely were over-baked, unfortunately :( I would not try to add that much more (or any more) butter.
