- Who is the strongest/most powerful member of the Dream SMP? Is it Technoblade? Dream? Maybe even TommyInnit? Well, today I attempted to answer this question. I looked at the skills of Quackity, Karl Jacobs, Sapnap & the rest of the Dream SMP and determined the MOST POWERFUL MEMBERS. I judged it based on PVP Ability like Technoblade and even political power like Wilbur Soot!

dream started to use crystal but remembered that there was stacks upon stacks of tnt under them which could ruin the rp, so they kinda soft banned it.

In the 1.16 section of the duel (the version dream smp is played in), dream bested techno (3-2) and one of those times dream had like 8 hearts while killing techno. And also if you watch mcc you would know every single time dream and techno 1v1s in mcc techno gets clapped (mcc 6 battle box techno used two health potions while dream used non and dream still beat him, mcc 7 skyblockle techno had full enchanted iron while dream had normal iron armor and dream still claps not only him but 1v4ed his whole team (techno,wilbur,CPK,Philza) , mcc 10 battle box (techno tries running from dream but gets hard clapped) and might I remind you all of this happened in sword pvp, a 1.9+ pvp style dream doesn’t even specialize in, if they fought in shield pvp specifically rn techno would get clapped.

Nipleosad lol what, it’s literally like the most obvious fact of all time that dream is a lot better in 1.16 pvp overall than techno. Even top pvpers like sponker, Calvin, fruitberries, and fbm all said that dream was better than techno in 1.16 pvp and was among the top 30 shield pvpers in the world. And since the dream smp is hosted in 1.16, only 1.16 pvp matters. Techno is now not even the second best 1.16 pvper in the server anymore as both punz and sapnap have gotten better then him in 1.16 pvp. It’s just a no brainier. All top players agree only techno stans dont.
@coco moco bro this video is about the best pvper in the dream smp, and the dream smp is hosted on 1.16 so we should purely measure based on 1.16 pvp skills because 1.8 skills are not relevant in a 1.16 server. And if we DO purely measure 1,16 pvp skills than dream is the best because he’s beaten techno 3-2 in the MrBeast video while being at his worst pvp arc in 1,16 (I’m not joking, ask any top 100 shield pvper on pvp legacy and they will say the same thing to you that dream has gotten twice as good since the duel video on shield pvp) and also every time they encounter in mcc pvp in a fair 1v1 dream always owns him, and if you don’t know this don’t call yourself a techno fan, in mcc 6 battle box dream killed techno while techno used two health pots, in mcc 7 SkyBlockle dream 1v4ed technos team (techno, CPK, Phil, Wilbur) and killed all 4 of them without using any tnt or potions, just pure sword pvp. And in mcc 11 skybattle techno literally said in his stream when he saw Dream alone “ chat I don’t wanna fight dream, even while I may have better armor he’s a player who could still very easily kill me in a pvp “ and if you don’t believe me rewatch the whole of techno’s 3 hour mcc 11 stream without skipping.

Me: Technoblade literally beat up Quackity that was in full netherite armor, wearing iron armor with a netherite pickaxe.
Give that Netherite armor to literally anyone else on the server and see what happens + Pretty sure that fight was also scripted btw

Techno probably mastered crystal pvp since Techno said he's been training when he's been gone
I disagree with you putting Techno 2nd to Dream in PVP, we know Sword is now better than a Axe late game bc of Enchantments and how fast you can swing with the sword is better with Strength potions, maximizing the damage.
We know he's a better Sword PVPer (he's mastered the timing with how fast the sword hits) and honestly Axe PVP is fairly simple you just need to crit with it and wait for the cooldown, I would say their both equally good at Axe PVP.
Not just that, the Mrbeast duel sorta settled who is better at pvp with everything equal and in the dream SMP techno almost always has potion with him
I put Techno second to Dream in terms of Axe PVP. I said Techno had the potential to be the best in Sword & Crystal as we don't have enough information on Dream's sword-only skills. I assume Dream is good at sword as it isn't hard to learn, but Techno will have the edge.
@@TedsAttic like i said Axe PVP is fairy simple to do, you crit then wait until cooldown is off (what matters here is timing which either one of them could mess up), there's still skill involved but once you get the hang of it, their equal and you can't really go far and beyond and in the end you hit each other until one of you goes down
so i wouldn't say Dream is better at Axe PVP, there is a cap on how good you can get with it from then on it's all about timing, so i would say they're equal.

The crystal was used in the original revolution in l'manberg but techno did say dont use crystal cause if they start using it figths would become boring and 1 one sided

I want to point out that crystal pvp damage is dependent on difficulty and Dreamsmp is on easy, so not much damage

Where can I get Dream SMP map
the thing is becuase of plot they probably "dont know" what and end crystal is, also a shield should be able to block the end crystal, another thing is there is a high probability that u might die as well. You can also react to the crystal being placed so not the most reliable weapon, very powerful but not reliable.
Shield doesn't block crystal damage in java and trust me if your good at crystal pvp hitting yourself wouldn't be a problem watch golfeh and rasplin for example of someone good

the dream smp is on easy im pretty sure which reduces crystal damage by alot but doesnt reduce sword or axe damage, which may make swords better.(u can only do like 4 heart with 1 crystal if they are standing on it on easy)

something interesting is that mumbo jumbo on the hermitcraft server also uses end crystals as his main weapon, but the only reason he can do this is because he actually has farms in place in order to acquire large quantities of the materials required, so if end crystals were used on the dsmp, they'd either have to be used sparingly or it would require a lot of grinding. which brings a few players to mind.

I would rank techno #1 in pvp cause not only did he beat dream, the person which you said was the best pvper in the server right now, but he also has no lives lost, has an reputation for slaughtering groups of people, knows how to utilize potions, and his destructive power does correlate towards pvp, he is also a good contender for political power because of the syndicate, his relationship with dream and Philza, the intimidation factor he holds, the fact he is a good talker due to his common use of history stories, and the fact he literally studied English in college, either way, great video.

Personally think it’s Techno in terms of PVP because of the firework crossbow and being more prepared than other contenders. Also pretty sure crystal banned

True end crystals would make someone hella op but there’s one big problem, just getting 1 shot or 2 shot because of an End Crystal would be a pretty boring pvp…especially for the PVP.

Not sure if it’d be accurate to say crystal pvp plays a role in the DSMP since, while it is ridiculously strong, it also doesn’t allow for any cool fights, which would make the whole thing much less interesting, so it probably wouldn’t be allowed.

In terms of politics I say tommyinit might have some influence and in terms of PVP tommyinit has shown to be pretty good at pvp but if he improve he could be in the top 5 best PVP players.
Crystals do damage based off of the difficulty of the server and the Dream SMP is played on easy so it wouldn’t really do nearly as much damage as it does in anarchy servers.
Still better than using axe, swords
@@demonizechicken7024 it really isn't. It'll do max damage 3-4 hearts on easy. Considering the setup, cost, friendly fire and terrain management... why not just hit someone with 2 crits or a crit with strength 2?

@@demonizechicken7024 if we both have speed 2 strength 2, and max swords no shields or max swords+axes you will outmatch crystals easily, they're just difficult to set up. A good counter is a kb1 sword (which yes netherite is bugged) to disrupt setups even more while keeping enemies in range. I watched a fitmc video about crystal pvp once and he said the only reason it became popular on 2b2t is because of the difficulty. Most players don't find it Worth the effort on normal, considering that in the few times I've seen it used in factions server pvp, the guy playing made fun of the enemy who used it for trying it on normal difficulty. Consider that the lower the damage, the more you negate and vice versa, really high damage like strength 2 crits are really good because less damage is negated. DPS is extremely important in a 1.9 combat environment because healing is so strong, and just standing around waiting for your opponent to approach you is a fairly bad way to win a fight, unless you're playing the armor break game but any smart player should keep bottles of enchanting in their inventory if they plan for a long slog. All in all, I can maybe see very smart play making them worth it on normal difficulty but no way they're better then just critting someone a couple times on easy difficulty.

I think Quackity would be better in the society category than Wilbur.
He runs Las Nevadas and his lack of pvp skills are made up for in his word play, he literally BLEW UP Purpled's UFO in front of him AND used that to convince him to join Las Nevadas.

Here's the thing, since the server is in easy mode, or as techno once put it as "baby mode," crystal pvp can't do shit. It's been a while since I've tested this but last I checked, even with no armor, a crystal won't bring you to below half health when mc is set to easy mode.
Not to mention, lightning doesn't really do that much damage with good gear.

Crystal are not used so we discard that pvp section. It would destroy the server, literally ss well as pvp being too easy and fast. Also you might wanna considef the syndicate as the most powerful fsction becausd of firepower and tactics and the secrecy that if has.
The Crystal PVP is pretty much banned in the Dream smp. So I’m pretty confused why it’s brought up

Correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't Techno beat Dream in a 1v1? Also, Techno has brought down multiple governments and still has all 3 canon lives. He is so powerful, that they had to lock him up. And need I mention Toothpick or his hound army?

Techno has created the syndicate, which allows the combined power of Ranboo, Phill and Niki. When Niki is your least powerful player, you know you have a strong hand. Society-wise, i think that Techno is once again on the podium. Also Phil is quite good at PvP

Techno stomps most characters in the entire SMP everyone on the server fears him he was even able to get Dream to back off
Also let’s not forget that Techno has a 100000 dollars to prove why he’s a better PVPer then Dream
