So far I was able to to two things
1) sleep 7 hours
2) 3 main and short healthy meals
1) Pick 1 physical activity
2) 2 hours of gap between Dinner and sleep
3) 3 helathy meals a day
4) 4 short breaks within your work time
5) 5 serving of Fruits
6) 6 minutes of meditation
7) 7 hours of sleep
8) 8 glasses of water
9) walk 9000 steps a day

I don't get the point how can we eat 5 servings of fruits and vegetables each day with 3 meals ! That's way too much for me. Can anyone explain the timming!

@@uaregreatI think it's like dry fruits in the early morning 3 soaked almonds and 2 walnuts then mid morning one fruit or fruit salad then at lunch time you can add tomato in the salad. I'm not sure just guessed it. Also we can take some smoothies or shakes for breakfast or snacks.

You have to eat 3 times vegetables with 3 meals And 2 times fruit before 2meals so that you don't over eat your meals

I feel 2 hours gap between dinner and bed is less.At least need 4 to 5 hours gap and shd finish dinner maximum by 7 pm for healthy living.

So for new year resolution I decided to do atleast 3 of them
My easy picks are
7 hours of sleep
3 meals and
5 fruits
When I achieved these I will try to add another 3
Hopefully I will complete atleast 5 or 6 of them before year end
