adete, one day i found your channel randomly, i watched one of your videos to the end and i felt truly moved. u give such useful advices that are actually helpful to alot of us i believe. thank you ❤
1. Goal setting for next year (10, create vision board): will set this up cause I am so clueless and it is concerning 2. Morning routine (doing stretching daily, will start meditation and affirmation) 3. Gratitude practice (had started and left in between, will restart and be consistent this time) 4. Workout (working out regularly and will continue to be consistent) 5. No to outside food (so tough as festivities will start soon but will try!) 6. One page of journal daily at the end of the day (very irregular with it, now time to make it a habit) 7. Read one page of a book daily/curated articles (former bookworm lost touch with books, time to reconnect) 8. Limit your social media usage (just started 35 min instagram limit, will continue and start for other apps) 9. Improve your communication (record yourself and initiate conversation): will try this! 10. Do a hard thing daily: will analyse and then start Wow so I won't be starting from scratch. I just need to be more consistent with existing practices and start the new ones. The most important one of goal setting is my biggest hurdle and will work on it ASAP. I already started a 100 day challenge where I do three things to transform my life 1. Exercise daily (30 min) 2. Eat home-made healthy food 3. Hey! You talked about the importance of exercising for our body and also gave the solution for it like how to do it for both who have Gym subscription and also those who do not have it. But diet is also equally important, infact I guess more. So please make a video on that as well, like do we actually need a Dietician/Nutritionist or we can do it by ourselves. And I know now I am being too demanding but if possible make the video soon because I want to include it in this 90 day transformation. ❤
Hey have already made a video on getting fit :). If you can afford a nutritionist, helps to get one coz makes it easier to follow, you dont constantly have to think about what to make etc. But you can definitely do it on your own…just takes a little extra effort :)
