I have a few questions is having low hemoglobin the same as having low iron ? My iron is at 6.9 Were you taking any iron pills? How much Floradix were you taking daily ?and was you taking it twice a day ?
Wow are we all depleted? I don’t think people realize how serious anemia is. I know a woman went blind from it. I was 7.9 and having issues with my cycles. I’m symptomatic at around 10. I’ve had 1 infusion but think insurance didn’t approve my other 2. However I been spotting and taking iron but I’m not feeling it’s raised. I want to make this but feel too weak.
@@Amibree yes I actually haven’t had it rechecked yet. I know it helped because I’m getting around better. I am due to come on my cycle so I’m going to drink more throughout the week. I use two beets with 1 kiwi.

Daily and then this drink. Yes its to much but i just didn’t want a low iron level. So i did everything on top of everything

No I did not. Straight out of the package. It’s horrible if you don’t like beet but it will increase fast! Hemoglobin
