I have a question, I reached near death experience because of my excessive menstrual bleeding, my hemoglobin level dropped beneath 5 , I had iron IV infusion and I eventually experienced iron toxic shock, this was my near death experience. I do have vitamin D3 20000 for a week now and I had it 10000 for the previous 3 months , my question is, should I add K1 to my list or should I have a test first ? I have a mural fibroid.

I had a great test done a few years back when Life Extension ran a special on all of your markers. It was so extensive, heart protein markers, kidney proteins, on and on and on. It was great, and I encourage anyone out there to watch out for their test if it comes up again as a special. It is pricey now, just like everything, but I keep watching out. Would take it again!

I have osteoporosis and have been told that thinning bone doesn’t cause pain, so the hip pain must be from something else. I only have pain on waking in the morning and attribute it to my scoliosis. And in my case (I’m 67) osteoporosis is due to loss of estrogen. I take plenty of D3, K2, and magnesium.

Dr Berg said, start with low dose Calcium Lactate supplement or Kefir or Greek Yoghurt. He said, chronic cough is a Calcium deficiency.

I have osteoporosis and have been told that thinning bone doesn’t cause pain, so the hip pain must be from something else. I only have pain on waking in the morning and attribute it to my scoliosis. And in my case (I’m 67) osteoporosis is due to loss of estrogen. I take plenty of D3, K2, and magnesium.
