Punishments for abortions seem to be going back to the dark ages. All Ben needed to do was to explain how that's not true in a cordial manner. Ben then proceeded to treat the interview as if it was a debate instead of just answering the question. And even in a debate, if you have to dodge the questions asked by pointing out the ‘flaws’ in your opponent instead of defending your views, your views don’t have much substance. Ultimately, Ben Shapiro acted childish because he is so used to arguing with people about how others are wrong that he couldn’t properly discuss his own views without getting defensive.

Ummm, Ben said that to the interviewer, and the interviewer seemed to reply with a "you too" insult that didn't feel very genuine. And Ben's response of "why are you interviewing me then?" is very valid. I think they clearly got off on the wrong foot and neither was willing to extend and olive branch. However, that's usually the job of the interviewer.

Give me an example of a smart well thought out point made here that Ben could not counter? Abortion was illegal well after the dark ages and even then would not mean going back to the dark ages. He make a joke at the end but that doesn't mean anything.

Bailey Bettazza he wasn’t there to answer he was there to ask. He asked questions opposite what Ben’s opinions was, that’s the kind of interview. For example he takes a different view when interviewing Diane Abbott. His own opinion doesn’t come into it
