I would love to see either a chest/back or full body video featuring a yoga/stability ball. I often use my ball in place of a bench at home for chest presses and flys, as stabilizing myself requires recruiting my core more than standard bench or floor exercises :)
+Sanita Vatark im sorry but I can't link every workout because she did a lot...:) i do every day different workout...for example for inner thight or back and chest and for abs...But I do also fast walk on the tredmill and I use hula hoop for one hour..try so search her workout on you tube...so you can you your favourite :)

Yeah, but be sure to mix it up with some cardio to burn fat! :) I also recommend you to do the "Lose arm and back fat" video on her channel.
