2 Tbs Melted Unsalted Butter
2 Tbs Olive Oil
2 Tbs Soy Sauce
3 Tbs Honey
4 Cloves Garlic, Minced
1 Tsp Onion Powder
1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
1/4 Tsp Salt Or To Taste

So glad I found this and will look for more. My hubby really, really loved this! I used my Pro Elite Fryer and have to say it came out as good as yours so if you have the same fryer, please use it. Most recipe's use the same basket fryer. My fryer does only one thing the other doesn't, it cooks
a larger amount, either way, enjoy!!!!

This was a delicious recipe! My child asked for more fish and ate it all up. Definitely making this again. So quick and easy to make. I did add a little extra honey and it was delicious. Definitely taste the sauce before you add the fish to it. Going to let it sit overnight next time around.

This is my first time using our Air fryer. Took your recipe and cooked up some salmon. I added fresh green beans in with it and poured the mixture on top… BAAAAY-BAAAAAAY!! Finger licking good. I will be cooking this. The only ingredient I need to pick up is the soy sauce. After marinating, I will simmer the marinate to thicken & pour on top of salmon when done... I love salmon. This sounds great!
