Ty for this, hope to be informed of simple information thats not complicated, its simple but hard for a 63 year female never had/have health issues or weight issues thank god, no medication fit, yet i believe ill loose that last 5-10 pounds that have been all i struggle with, that extra fat around my middle only, yet it holds on.
I’m on carnivore for my extreme anxiety and panic disorder. I’ve been told to eat high fat to best results for mental health but I want to lose weight. Does this diet still help with that if I lower the fat? Thank you so much 🙏
For mental disorders and neurological diseases, a high level of ketones is proven to be beneficial. A therapeutic level of ketones can be achieved with high dietary fat. That said, a strict carnivore diet with moderate fat seems to work for some people. Trial and error will show you what's best for you. 🙏 Nayiri
I must be lucky cuz fat hasn't caused me to put on weight from its insulin increase. Oh well I'll keep eating my healthy fats since carbs and sugars have a noticeable negative impact.
