    I stopped cracking and separating eggs into the mixing bowl, it would work perfectly up until the very last egg! So I started cracking them into a small seperate bowl and just sifted the yolk out with my hand, drop that into the storageware and then pour the egg white into the mixing bowl. One at a time. So if I have a fail it doesn't ruin the entire meringue.

    Make this and put in a waffle maker/pancake maker. I use it as bread, pizza crust, actually waffles. Etc. I'll add some butter extract, maple, banana. Whatever I'm feeling like! It's amazing. Just spray it with your choice of oil!

    I have doubled the amount of egg white and I make a lasagna pan size 'noodle' I love this recipe its super versatile tastes like whatever seasonings you add and its helping keep me on track. Chicken Enchiladas for psmf days. Lasagna for regular keto weight loss days. so many possibilities. Just an awesome vessel for happy girl treats! Thank you thank you. Micah-you are a sweet fellow and I love to see you on these videos.

    So so happy that I found you! I have severe RA and ended up with T2 diabetes from chronic prednisone for years. They put me on insulin injections and I have gained 90lbs. I have been doing keto/carnivore for a few months and feel great, but I am barely loosing weight. I am off all of my meds now, but really want to loose weight. Binge watching your content now so 🤞 this is the change I need! Thank you ❤️

    Trying to find egg white powder is hard here. You just said meringue powder is what it is sometime called. That was so logical but I didn't think of that. Our store sells meringue powder in the cake decorating isle because it is used in making icing. Thank you!!💞💞

    Finallllyyyyy it turned out...I was over beating ( it is possible) and over cooking!.. I was looking 👀 for that light brown color... Mine was like the bread "white", slightly brown around thin edges and it was at 8 minutes.. I just kept checking texture by pulling up corners at 6 and 7 minutes to make sure it did not over bake. Rolled right up with taco meat...😋💯 Bought your ebook The Art of Fat Loss to go mainly carnivore.. Leaning out nicely but I was eating way to many calories 😋 The psmf days are on point! ❤️🙏🏋️‍♀️

    Do you have to add the allulose? What is it for? The bread recipe has been a lifesaver. Looking for a few other things to round it all out.

      Allulose really helps out with the texture for this recipe. You can go without, but it won't be the same :)

    I don’t have the gelatin like your recipe calls for on line, but in your video you didn’t use the gelatin, so I’m guessing it’s okay to omit.

      I just tried it and it did not work for me at all. It cracked when I flipped it. The recipe made two medium-size tortillas and neither one turned out like a tortilla. One was kind of like naan because I couldn't get it thin enough without cracking. I love naan so that was fine actually. That being said, these have the absolute best taste and texture of any other keto tortilla I've tried (and I've tried a lot).

    Just be careful of stuff labeled meringue powder. It usually has other stuff in it besides egg white. I always stick with IT'S JUST or JUDY'S brand egg white powder.

      No that would give you just meringue. The powder is like a flour to make the texture. :)

    What I really liked about bread was the yeast flavor. Is there any way to reproduce that flavor in your PSMF bread recipe?

      Sorry not really, Yeast needs sugar and the sugar alcohols don't work. :)

      No experience personally, but I have read that some people have added a bit of yeast for the flavor. It will not make things rise like in regular bread, but you can still get that flavor. Again, no personal experience, just sharing what others have said.

      I add it to my pizza crust to get that taste. It doesn’t do anything but flavor it a bit.

      Nutritional yeast is quite popular in the vegan community as a parmesan cheese replacement and it doesn't need to be activated with sugar like traditional yeast

    Does the allulose make it sweet? Plus is there a substitute for allulose? I can only access it via an online order from another country.

      No not really, you can use another sweetener but the allulose create a texture the others do not. :)

    Nice to actually see someone that got to a goal weight of thin. For me I am visual person and judge myself beyond over the top. Have not seen a thin keto person, I also Ute they do great and feel awesome. My goal is healthy and thin and also have started in the gym for classes.     Help! I’m whipping this now in the quisinart and it’s not getting stiff. I’ve been whipping for a while. It’s still liquid. Everything was dry. Is it salvageable?

    I struggle so much to get to my required 110g of protein a day. I can't afford so many chicken breasts and steaks and eating tuna every day isn't so great. Egg whites only have less that 4g of protein each, so this doesn't really add up, not even the full egg, which is only twice that amount. Is protein powder the solution? That's also expensive though. Ugh.

      110 grams protein is only 440 calories of protein. That isn't much. Just focus on the leaner cuts (Lean hamburger, etc). And my recipe can really help. My 3 PSMF ebooks can help:

      It's a medical term. Protein sparing modified fasts. I like to call them pure protein instead. :)

    Maria thank you for all you do. I am so frustrated with this. I started in March 2021 @ 310lbs. As of today I am not moving from 270-273. What is wrong with me?? On a normal day I drink coffee in the AM, protein drink for lunch, and for dinner a breast of chicken with greens. Factor foods, it worked for a couple of weeks then nothing. PLEASE HELP ME! I am trying so hard. I am older (54) maybe that is it?

      It doesn't sound like you are getting enough food. You need to find your macros here: mariamindbodyhealth.com/calculator/ Say no to body fat and use measurements. Be sure to read notes at top to confirm protein macro. Protein is your only macro goal, fat is a lever and needs to be lower for weight loss. Minimum required is 30-40 grams. Carbs at or below 20 grams total. We also do not recommend drinking your calories. Avoid dairy and nuts and honestly coffee can be causing issues too: mariamindbodyhealth.com/why-i-dont-drink-coffee/ :)

      Tighten ur eating window to one meal. This was key for me as an old lady. I also did keto, not high protein. Maybe high protein can work instead 🤷🏼‍♀️

    Hi Maria! I apologize if you have answered this previously, but allulose is almost impossible to obtain in Canada. Would erythritol make a decent substitute? Thank you!
