I like these leg extensions helps with knee pain, can you do more legs in air exercises for those with injuries, no impact on feet but still work quads?

I liked this. I have a groin strain on both sides and the leg extentions on back worked the quad, but didn't strain the groin. The lying on front was hard though also on knees , can you do a complete back and side lyi g one for injuries and knee pain groin pain, but also work quads?
