    Thank you! This is precisely what I needed this morning! I also appreciate the encouragement and constant reminders that any movement is beneficial. I sometimes think that if I can't get in a challenging workout, then why bother? I am so thankful for this feel-good flow session!

      I'm so glad you enjoyed the class! In my experience, these types of classes fulfill a need that challenging workouts just can't-they give the body a chance to move in a way it truly appreciates. Embracing variety is so important.

    Love this short routine to start my day, getting up stiff and sleepy. The 15 minutes fit just fine in my morning routine. 20 or 30 minutes is too long for me. So I would love to see more of these sessions after the September Program you are releasing now.
