i felt mid back pain with first bridge attempt only, why? i tried it correctly i noticed
Been training swings for the first time and my left leg is super tight, specifically my calf. Is there something I am missing? Or some standard rehab that I should be doing? Thanks
If you do something for the first time obviously ur gonna get sore.. just give ur body some time and it will get used to it (aka get stronger ). Obviously conditioning helps with that so id highly recommend it
Foam rolling/ massaging your hips and glutes might help

Idk if this is an ice thing cuz my form is terrible but maybe mention swinging arms up for height cuz it’s basically the block of swings. That’s y, while the form is perfect, all the swings were pretty low.
If I’m muscular and lifting weights is it good or bad for tricking
i know i’m 1 year late but i don’t care. lifting is incredible for developing explosive power which will help tremendously with tricking, but just stay relatively lean so you aren’t carrying around excess weight lol

till it burns and a bit beyond; 3 sets always seems good
A lot of physical therapists tell you not to do exercises like sit ups and lemon squeezers because of the strain on your spine. It's better just to do hollow body holds or the lemon squeezer while hanging on a bar.
